  • Where did you get the video?

  • @apocaalypso i made it from old shows

  • This is an awesome video. The music is great, and they seem to really enjoy dancing!

  • 45 years later, this is top 10 material...

  • Lawd. Love that organ.

  • the lead singer was my father, Arnie Ripplinger

  • @shaunripplinger - hi, what's he up to now, any more background?

  • @shaunripplinger

niceeee. your dads band sounds amazing. if you by chance have some more songs i would appreciate it very much if you load them up

  • @shaunripplinger tell him he's genius!

  • Does anyone know where I can get this, this is the most amazing song I have heard in a long while! Or does anyone have any suggested tracks?

  • My pals and I used to drive to Kenosee Lake in mid '60s to see these guys play on Saturday nights. Years later, I found out my boss Gerry Arnush was their manager!! They were the best!!

  • Cannucks always did well, they've nothing to envy to the garagers south o' the border.

  • This is one great sixties punker! and from Saskatchewan of all places

  • I bet that these women, who are in their late 50's or early 60's now, love to see this video.

  • stormer by the flag

  • BRILL

  • I am trying to locate any of these Gazzarri ladies from the TV show to start up a website devoted to them - there is still alot of interest in them after all these years. Does anyone have any of their names or any clues?

  • Wonderful idea! Have any luck? They were certainly a fixture of the late 1960s.

  • The Gazzarri Dancers really rock! They were more intense than the Solid Gold Dancers.

  • These girls are great! Kind of like the Solid Gold Dancers from the early 80's!

  • I don't know if you can really compare them. The Solid Gold Dancers were more technically skilled. Their routines mixed jazz, Broadway, classical and interpretive dance. The Gazzarri dancers mainly did the popular go-go moves of the day -- the Frug, the Watusi, the Jerk, the Pony -- only with a bit more coordination than the average guy or gal on the dance floor. But those Gazzarri girls had plenty of energy and they looked great. And they always looked like they were having fun!

  • Top notch!

  • Know what you mean, i like them with Bo Didley & Jackie deshannon (when you walk in the room) love this video. Would like to see in best quality.

  • Great post,love it!!!

    Thanks
