She is not a PhD. She has a Doctor of Chiropractic Science, which is completely different.

Ruby, nice talking points. Maybe you can explain why paying carbon credits (tax) to countries like China (who have no obligation or interest in reducing GHG's) would help change the world's climate. Also, why did the Liberals argue against the Conservatives when they wanted countries like China (the world's leading polluter) to be bound to the Bali agreement. Lastly, if a leopard can't change its spots, does that mean we can expect GHG's to raise another 27% when the Liberals get power again?
