The actual process doesn't matter when the electronic voting system is rigged. When your brother in law owns the company that made the software (see for yourself at www.hildebrando.com.mx) there is a huge conflict of interest. And the reason the main presidents in the world recognize Calderon is because any other position would be considered interferance and disruption of the countries internal affairs.

Me imagino que aún no entiendes cómo es el sistema electoral en México. Los representantes de los partidos no cuentan los votos, quienes lo hacen son los funcionarios de casilla. Te recomiendo que investigues y te documentes un poco, y después con gusto discutimos tus dudas.

You're dead wrong. The count proved that a big fraud was committed, much in the style of Florida and Ohio, and the recount that the citizens demanded never happened. In the end, the Tribunal admitted that the fraud had indeed happened, as you very well know.

Really? Then why on earth did the citizen count reveal the fact that there were more than 3 MILLION votes more than the total sum of the ballots that were printed in all?

And did you know that it was Calderon´s brother in law that designed the software used in the election? No wonder Calderon "won", or should we say, stole the election!

This is merely annecdotal, but I attended a panel presentation of four american historians who specialize in Mexico back in september. I believe it was the professor from Georgetown who said he spoke on the phone w/a US embassy official about the election during the protests. The professor asked the official, "So are you saying the election was rigged?" And the offical replied, "Well, you said it, not me."

Thank you very much for your valuable anecdote. I find it very illustrative, and accurate. Not only the election was rigged, but messy too. They did a clumsy job, leaving evidence of their crime everywhere. Best regards from Mexico City!
