They played this video this past weekend at the National Leadership Seminar, in Radford, Virginia. All I can say is that I would expect this from some Occosneechi brats. Just wait until Conclave... I know this isn't Cub Scouts, so you fail. The point is that the OA Cheif is titled and mentioned in this song, They can correctly call him the Cub Scout cheif Akela, but not the OA cheif. I know the OA rules and cermonies better than most people out there.

The OA cheifs name appears in ALL OA CERMONIES therefore it is safeguarded. Akela is in the Cub scout oath making is somewhat public domain. So they can use this if it were for like a conclave show, but not just for anybody to see on youtube.
