I love the Delta S4, it's the most beautiful rally car that I know and also the rapidest rally car of all time (0 - 60mph in 2.3 second !!!). I love this car, even I'm 16 years old, I love that car and the Group B era !!!!!! <3

and they do,because of the technology, but remeber, group b had no technology, the car part that changed was between the steering wheel and the seat,the drive made the changes,if ari vatanen or henry toivonen were present here they whould kill the competition, even on reverse gear ;)

@SerialVelocityLFS i admit the Quattro's a fast car and very epic when it runs but the Delta was more advanced and quicker than the Quattro because it was lighter and thanks to its twin charged engine better acceleration and won its debut rally in the 1985 RAC the Quattro was becoming obsolite Mid engine cars were the way to go in Group B if group B continued Audi needed to come up with a Mid engine car to keep up with the compitition

@SerialVelocityLFS how do you know? are you just saying that because the Quattro sounds louder man when a cars loud it does not mean its faster when Peugeot came out with there 205 the quattro lost its dominace and the RWD lancia 037 beat the quattro to the world title in 1983 yes the Quattro is most powerful in group b but power alone wont win just look when the Peugeot came out the Quattro was strugling to keep up with the mid engine supercars Audi was only good when it had a major advantage

Wonder how it could put all the power to the ground. It seems to have very little aerodynamic parts, nothing to press the car down to the road. The front splitter and rear spoiler looks so small and pathetic compared to audis and peugeots aerofoils.

I like all the videos by this guy. All pure sound, no music or anything. It's like being there. Almost. I swear, I can't watch a video like this without deciding that the featured car is my favorite! LOL. But the Lancia Delta S4 really is one of the very best. Not all too good looking, but that engine! And the twincharger! I love it! These are two very good vids: one is just called "Delta S4", and the next is "Lancia Delta S4 Group B Rally Supercar HILLCLIMB". Really beautiful sound!
