I can't remember now. It might be Chrysamere or Umbra - I had both at one point. Umbra can be had from an Orc in the mountains above Suran, Chrysamere I found by accident. If it's neither of those, it'll just be some sword I got from a high-ranking enemy.

It's not the stock graphics, actually. A friend recommended a set of cosmetic mods which upgrade the textures and faces etc, and the videos were shot with that installed. Those are the only modifications, mind - no bugfixes or anything... everything else is normal.

You can obtain glass weapons easily by wondering the grasslands anyways....plenty of Golden saints walking around with Daedric, glass, ebony or iron weaponry and shields. Hell I went into the grasslands at level one and walked out with 5 glass longswords :)

Well, you obviously get stung for punching them in the first place, but IIRC you don't get a bounty for killing them because they died accidentally. I'd have to double-check though.

Offhand, no. I think I got most of that stuff by lurking around Daedric temples and killing things. The Golden Saints often have that kind of thing...

I think they only appear around level 6 or so. There are a few just hanging around in the grasslands in the NE of the main island, but as a rule they can be found randomly at Daedric temples when you're a high enough level.

I hadn't thought of that. This was done with a high-level character, full of acrobatics and athletics, but I don't see why you couldn't do it with a level-1 character if the plan was to loot the corpses. You'll have to pay a fine for the crime that makes them chase you, of course (in this case, I punched one of the guards to upset them). Note that I did cheat in the video to set their health to 60 points each, but that was just to keep the recording short. It'll just take longer otherwise.
