@MouseLilyMaoMao I live in Richmond, Vancouver as well. :) He'll be skating at the Pacific Coliseum (which is one of the places inside the P.N.E.) during the Olympics. He was practicing there just last year (in September 2009, I believe).

Thanks. So, the Richmond Olympic Oval was built for speed skating? I thought they were going to have them skate at the Pacific Coliseum, but then they also built the Olympic Oval... I know he practiced there just last year, he was visiting the camp, and he also got a bad case of the flu which they guessed was the H1N1.

Oh, so it was just built for speed skating. It is such a shame, it would look awesome as a figure skating rink. The inside of the building looks even better than the building of the Arbutus Club.
