Deathwing will come in a patch after the release of cata. I think maybe 2 mouths or 1 but it will not come out the same day as Cata. You can read this on there website.

the reason they got rid of 40 mans was that it was hard to get all 40 people and 30 of them wont get any loot

Apparntley Deathwing at the mo is under Black Rock mountian and thats as he makes he return from there but if ya lvl 80 when ya start you still in northend for i lil bit more for some quests before ya gio back to azeroth

none he's locked in a different realm which the portal to is the giant whirlpool in the middle of azeroth in cataclysm he will emerge from that whirlpool to cause the destruction of azeroth making the changes :) ragnaros is one of his servants i believe though so thats as close as you'll get to deathwing at this time
