It is quite an effort to fill in the blue glass every time, let it sit in the sun, etc. I have been doing it and the solar water maybe tastes somewhat better but I am not sure whether it does anything. I don't know whether it is worth all that effort. Convince me!

Solar water is simply water putet in a blue botle that you let 15 min in the sun. That water is purified and you can drink, coook, etc. :)

@bicepsca he is not overweight, it's actually the display is widened. also, the water is free to make at home any time, they don't sell it. just like the advice. you are dealing with 'memories' and 'data' of being ripped off. this technique can be done for free and he doesn't tell you to buy anything and no one can convince you, it's your choice.

@MabelKatz thank you for giving us this. i saw my reflection in that post, i always thought i was getting ripped off. i wouldnt' sign up for a gym coz i thought the same but i ripped myself off good health for years. when we get hurt, we try to protect the wound but in time we must take off the bandage to heal again or it becomes worse. it is hard to let go of pain but we are the ones who pay, not whoever hurt you.
