im not tryin to insult your elk caller r anyting but that duznt sound lyk an elk it kinda sounds lyk a bird and if you blow into the tube of a space hopper it makes the perfect elk call (ino its strange but it really duz)

I love elk hunting and all that serounds it. However the reason they hang up is not because of the call, Its because they know they should see the source of the call. Thick brush they will run rigt to you. Open country they will hang up as far out as 2-300 yards. nice call any way but it wont change that fact.
