Andy has always played darts like a sportsman. There are other players who play in the same way : Bobby George, Barney, Jockey Wilson, Scotty Waites, Priestly and a good few more. It is very difficult for any jibes about his weight/ gut to hold any credence. Andy is a proper bloke: he loves his wife; plays great darts and could drink all his doubters under the table, which he has done.. far too often. .

When I worked in a local pub, we played Andy Fordham's pub in a Kent superleague game - he attracted a big crowd and one of the best nights we had.
