  • I would advice you to switch to low fat yoghurt or low fat cottage cheese (the best) if you have to take milk protein. Milk is hard to digest and also has a lot of sugar that is very easilly transformed into fat.Still, my preffered choice of protein would be fish, chicken breasts and turkey breasts. Best, N
