Hey, I have found the solution for your microphone problem. It's because your voice has been officially listed as "bitchy" - Blue Yeti doesn't pick up bitchy voices correctly. What a pity.

No but seriously, yours was probably broken or something. I've seen other videos of this and it picks up the audio really well. In the other hand, those mics weren't the Pro versions of Blue Yeti.

It all depends on how you record. I have the m audio vocal studio mic and it sounds great. I use it for rapping and I have certain settings that I use and sound proofing.

you do know that in the directions it tells you to go to controll pannel click "hardware and sounds", then "manage audio devices" ,click "recording" ,click the samson mic go to "levels" and turn up the voulme level up to whatever cause its very low for some odd reason when you start off.

when i put a set of head phones into the blue yeti it keeps braking them and i have to keep getting new ones so i aim going to stop now luckily they are only £1 each or could some one point me in the right direction on where to get non-breakable ones ta-ta
