Well....all I have to say is James Woodward is one of my most FAVORITE people on this planet! I wonder what the Heavenly Hosts think of us now....& how would we know? Oh....I know....I'll just ask the "talking snake" in my back yard! The URANITA BOOK is all about JESUS CHRIST! 34 years down the drain. you should have just studied the bible instead. there's no such thing as an upgrade of the bible. it is the only book God made himself and gave it to us. the urantia book was made by aliens not God. Ive seen so many contradictions with The Holy Bible and the urantia book.

FYI the Bible does not hold any prophecy of any new teaching or new coming doctrine or testament. In fact it even forbids anyone, not even an angel to add anything in the Bible or the word of God. Your urantia book is just piece of trash! what do you mean to replace fear with love? Do you know what you are talking? Love is already defined in the Bible! 1John4:8.. Do you know what will happen if you take fear out of a person? It's total chaos! Kiss your book goodbye!

Oh dear redeem17, my hope is that you stick with your bible and really attempt to understand what Jesus was trying to teach. We are all brothers and sisters and to name call and trash talk with anger is not the way to peace and goodwill. I don't argue about my faith nor do I judge other peoples' faith. If you love the bible, that is all good! Nuggets of truth exist in all religious traditions, so take a lesson from Jesus and attempt tolerance, patience, and kindness. Peace and love to you.

according to your own book. the book of urantia, the meaning of the term URANTIA pertains to our planet called earth. The book says urantia is the term used by aliens to call our planet. If the term was derived from Latin meaning "Place in the heavens", show me evidence! If you can supply me with evidence, then i may say the urantia book is made here on earth by humans, not aliens! FYI the bible is not based on traditions and human dogmas! It is the only word of God no more no less!

By the way "Uran" is a prefix relating to the "heavens". (ouranos being the greek origin) ie. Uranography - the mapping of the heavens.

"tia" is impersonal of "ia" which relates to people. ie. India ("ia" - meaning the people of the Indies). "tia" denotes impersonal or thing.

Uran-tia = place in the heavens.

Yes, in the book, the authors translate this word to be Earth. Simply put, we've named our planet or place in the heavens as Earth. So the direct translation is more meaningful.
