bus drivers dont want cyclists directly in front-esp at "t" junctions- for you"re own safety. Let the bus go,it will be stopping in 2-400 metres and then you pass - happy now nobby?
Trying to curb worsening standards by putting peoples registration numbers and bus drivers fleet numbers on you tube because they've 'wronged' you on the road??
I would question your motive why you would want to ride around the streets with a camera trying to 'catch' people out, pointing out errors.
I could harp on about some cyclists cutting in front of vehicles causing a danger to those in them, the arrogance and total disregard for vehicles. But I wont. I am also a cyclist and a driver.
As I said, my motive is to try to make the roads safer. Bad driving, cycling, walking endangers other road users, and many of those who do it do so deliberately, knowing they can get away with it. Filming and reporting what we see is one way for the rest of us to strike back.
1) ASLs are there to make things safer and easier for cyclists, so anything I can do to ensure they are used properly is worthwhile.
2) There's a general worsening of standards by many road users (cyclists included), which makes things more dangerous for all of us, and I'm trying to curb this a little.
3) Junctions are one of the most dangerous places for cyclists, and ASLs are there specifically to make things safer.
