i like this recipe for the fact hes cut the chilli large, so if you dont like chilli you can bypass it but still have the heat from the chill.

Too spicy. But the man can cook rice! Hold the chilis and the double up on the tomatoes and I'll be over for dinner. Kurma rocks!
