Another CMO awardee(2), Smedley Butler said "War is a Racket". What does Kerrey think Franken will do about the BUSH policy of pre-emptive war and more importantly what will he do to imprison the criminals who tell lies to start wars for profit? I think that ALL servicemen and ALL draft age men have the right to know.
