Indulgent self absorbed over inflated pricks for personalities and the talent proves it. If this is a uni graduate with some experience, we really did do better years ago. Not being a uni grad, but having had trained many 80% of the time this was proven. They have book knowledge that's extremely difficult to place in real world situations and it's difficult to pop their ego bubbles to get anything done. While I respect their time and money invested it gives them no real world application.

Claire and Alex were out to get Simon fired in this- Claire was patronising and agrumentitive and Alex just added to the problem. I really liked Claire by the end of the series, but she was a nightmare to begin with and should have been fired in week 2 or 4. I think Simon is not suited to buisness- but i think he is a really good guy- he's hardworking, capable, honest and shows people respect- i wish there were more people like him in the world.
