I seriously appreciate your free advice and information given on your webpage! concerning this video I have one question thou!
You obviously do not hit comp. depth in those squats! why? it always seems like everybody is stressing parallel so much!
maybe you can explain why this is still ok and how and when to apply this to everybodys training!
(and yes I know we are not talking about 1/4 squats but merely a couple of inches....

The man has squatted 900+ to fucking competition depth. He knows what he's doing. Right now he's training for the shotput and all that matters there is having strong ass legs. This gives you strong ass legs. Great lifts
