  • nice, thanks bro, very helpful

  • This is the guy that trains with Lee Hayward in Lees' Biceps video!!

  • As he says....ITS S CONDITIONING WORKOUT!

  • I've always shunned 1-legged squats because I thought your knee wasn't supposed to go past your toes when doing squats. Am I wrong?

  • this guy is like the best in showing you what to do top marks

  • yeah can you do this kind of workout everyday or should it only be done every other day?

  • I was wondering the same thing.

  • Is this supposed to be done circuit-style, with the total reps for each exercise spread over the circuits?

  • Looks like an intense workout! I enjoyed those tips at the beginning about bodyweight exercises being a good lead in to eventually lifting weights. However, I must comment on as successful as an entrepreneur you are in the business, it seems that your technique and breathing patterns lack integrity. You almost looked uncomfortable in demonstrating some of these exercises.

  • This guy is pretty real and so are the workouts (lack of perfection and all) and your comment shows that you have not achieved even a tiny percentage of such performance to make such naive comments. Let's see your video of your breathing integrity after you put out such wattage.

  • the 50 push ups isnt a problem same with the leg squats but when he said 50 pull ups and chin ups.... HOLY CRAP!!! that's a lot of strength that dude must have. I have trouble doing 12 good pull ups in a row let alone 50!! that's crazy, well at least I have a goal now

  • i think he means total reps not just done in one attempt

  • @RaginRussian bro, 50 reps on pull-ups aint that hard

  • @Mu5clehead well not anymore friend. I posted that 8 months ago, and I lived up to that goal!

  • @RaginRussian Congrats, bro! just making it clear that 50 pull-ups aint hard 9like other people think)

doesnt require hard work too! gaining 50 lbs of muscle, now that's REAL hard work!

  • 50? i cant even fuckin do 10.....shit.

  • haha yea man im only doin 25 of each cuz by the time i hit 50, its sloppy.

  • @PI2ODIGY yah i think i'll aim for about 25 or 20 ...more realistic for me

  • nice disco light atmosphere!

  • how long do your mucels need to rest is it 48 hours after a workout and longer if it still burns in the mucelcs? (:

  • try doing them slower or with weights on your feet or in a back pack

  • So quick to hate. He never claims to do 50 dips or 50 pull ups CONSECUTIVELY, he just says, do 50. Whether it's in 2 sets or 20 is your business.

  • Yeah, I'm there thinking 50 of anything well is gonna be a bastard! It has to be split up.

  • No way in HELL he did 50 dips there! BULLSHIT!

  • that boy is strong. dont be a scrub.

  • are you supposed to do this all in one day?

  • Please read this because it acually works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

1.Put both of your hands on your chest

    2.Think of someone thatyou like......

3.Tommorow that person will ask you out or say i love you.

4.Heres the catch just send to 5 more videos

  • This guy has some good tips and is dedicated to what he does. But the reps hey says he does, and the text that precedes them just doesn't add up. 50 chins up and 50 dips after all that is monstrous, and judging by his performance from what he shows in the videos, I just can't see these pulled off all the way through. Why say so many good tips then stretch the truth alittle with these rep counts is odd

  • I agree he is exaggerating the rep counts. As a trainer he probably balances exaggerating the number of reps people do to boost confidence, and also to under-exaggerate or set rediculous goals to keep his clients working and not to plateau or settle for the original goal. Overall i enjoy his videos and he has some good tips to offer.

  • I've got a question for for you guys,

I combine a bicep workout and then a deltoid/shoulder workout afterwards.....Am I taking away from either workout....I sure hope not...

But I do need some opinions.!

    Thanks Guys..

  • I do like this 1 day chest and triceps

1 day back lats and bicep

1 day abs and lower back

    1 day shoulders and shrugs

1 day legs and i dont rember the english name but the thing under the knees

  • under knees? calfs?

  • i hear ppl say dont lock up the elbows...u sayin totally different...can u explain me why?

  • when he says lock he just means make sure you do the whole rep theres a difference. hes just explainaing himself badly. just make sure your arms finish out straight at the end of the move. just dont block your elbows putting all the stress on the joints and bones not using any muscles.

  • lol hwat a retard

  • fark CRAZY!

  • impossible workouttt lol

  • whats up w/that wobbley ass dip station

  • Great Vid! :)

  • good looking.

    thx to do some posings!

  • 50 dips? holy fuck dude my shoulders would kill after that.

  • He looks likes hes having trouble because he isn't moderating his breathing :P

  • That dip station doesn't look to safe

  • this guy is a joker! lol

if you want FRICKIN money advise... don't ask me. just go win the lottery and inherit millions. then do 50 dips, sequentially.

  • this guy is the frickin man

  • 9 one 1 whats your emergecy. hey my buddy fell out of a tree and i think he is dead. hold on please make sure. ok. tink tink tink tink tink tink tink . now what

  • wow, i never whould have thought my vid was going to be on youtube

  • He's good. But no way he was gonna complete those 50 dips at the end.

  • I can barely do 20 haah

  • the nearest gym at my home is about 26 km away, and i don't have any facilites for home workout.does anyone know what workout that i should do more except press up,sit up,jogging, skipping and squat.any video about that?

  • I think bodyweight exercise are a load of shit, they are much more energy demanding and you dont get the same growth stimulus as with progressive overload using weights. Bodyweight exercises are for skinny guys who can easily shift their bodyweight it dosent mean that a bigger guy is gonna find them useful in the same way because they can only manage a few reps because they are heavier

  • your protien intake is different from person to person...the rule is 1 gram of protien per pound of body wieght...ex..if you wiegh 180 then 180 grams of protien a day is the lowest amount you should use a day..

  • how many grams of protein does everybody eat a day

  • half a scoop of protein before workout and a full scoop after workout total of 48 grams or so but i eat protein all day

  • pretty good info, good tips on how to do the excersizes too gj vince

  • Im 15 yrs old turning 16 on April is that a good age to do weight training or will it stunt my growth

    HELP ME

  • it wont stunt your growth unless you over do it and end up with malnutrition, but it sure as hell wont do you much good.

Stick to press ups, sit ups, squats every day, keep it simple. Leave the resistance (weight) training until you're at least 18-19!!

I'm surprised more people dont view DelMonte's clips... I find them interesting in that most of what he goes on about is true, and he does do a good range of techniques, giving me ideas to adjust MY program ;)

    cheers good vid.

  • body weight workouts will kick the crap out of you if you're used to just lifting heavy for 8 reps.

  • thats a very difficult workout routine definately not for beginners
