i made mine in a similar way but wit walking beam suspension and midnight pumpkin tires...i designed it to fit my clod but coz its so big it needs reinforcement so its not been used much...mind you neither have my cars :(
I used some sheet of galvanized steel along with some angled aluminum along with Tamiya TA02 hubs and axles. I don't have any measurements or anything.

Check out scale4x4rc(dot)org for details on making chassis'. I don't have any for sale and the arms are the normal Hummer arms.
