@futbolistik  - To my ears MM has a rawrer production than FEtO. Anyhow, I love the early stuff and the transition into the DM was not a bad move although probably not alot of people will agree with that. HC is a classic.

Napalm Death's first album was good. but the rest is way more death metal than grindcore. Sucks they changed line-up.... Completely.

tHr0at was for me the top of extremity. I saw them play in the basement of a church in Breda Holland, 1989. One of the Greatest experiences in my life. So glad i was there in the grindscene in the '80's. All those Earache/Peacevillbands...

no no, in the BASEMENT as i said. Low ceiling, typical basement low budget atmosphere. It was in a church that was occupied by lotsa crusties.

Anyway, good memories. Great band, not because of the talent or musicianship, but for the being there at the right place at the right time making extreme grindcore. chaotic blasting but also (what i love best) the midpaced punk mosh-grooves!
