TAS stands for Tool-Assisted Speedrun. These would be horrible by TAS standards. Trust me, fakes don't hold back when it comes to being flashy.
Too anyone who still watches this stuff. All these guys Silentf0e, adamb this guy, prisongamer, etc. are using a program called TAS. They can restart from wherever, and other neat little things to find the perfect way to get through the levels. They dont have to start from the beginning each time they die. So yeah they have found out how to be masters of this game, but just with a little help.
To all the people that read neogrup's comment, keep in mind that neogrup2 is a rabid troll who accuses people of cheating when he has absolutely no proof whatsoever that they cheated. Do yourselves a favor and just ignore what hes saying.
I'm gonna give this level another go on DLTK. I've reached Jaws twice before, but he went on to kill me as I lured him back to the mainframe trap on both occasions. I'll go give this strat a try.

What exactly is dltk? Is it certain 007 mode settings?

Its maximum 007 mode stats:
Enemy Health: 1000%
Enemy Damage: 1000%
Enemy Accuracy: 100%
Enemy Reaction Speed: 100%
It takes a minimum of 10 headshots to kill an enemy and just 1 shot to kill Bond.
