He was not really speeding by much and was caught by 1) a sun glare blinding him and 2) some fuckheads sitting in the right lane. The GOOD part of his driving was shown at 0:57 0:58 when he thought about changing back to the left lane, saw a car there, and decided to avoid that car and take the impact. How many drivers would have yanked hard left? bravo

This is what happens when you try to pass recklessly in an exit lane. There's a reason the left lane is the 'fast' lane, it's because the exits are mostly always on the right lane. It never fails to amaze me how many idiots you see on the road that haven't figured this out, and either drive under the speed limit in the fast lane as waves of cars pass them, or run full on in the right lane and tailgate like they think if they drive fast enough the person in front of them will speed up.
