Your probably referring to Kurumu Kurono-San the succubus?. They all tend to have some relationship with Tsukune-San. Although true Tsukune tends to prefer Moka-San over all in the Manga, at least in the latest chapters 40-+ Kurumu-Chan seems to be proving herself much more dedicated and openly about her feelings then anyone else.. well enough of the spoilers.

@MysticalAngel624 Both Omote and Ura Moka-san eventually admit there feelings at least to Tsukune in some form or another. Ura-Moka (Inner-the True/Real) is just a lot more reserved she wasn't raised to show such (weakness).
