As a cloaked commando you must show your hero getting killed while cloaked multiple times in the same round without any gaps in the video (No editing)
I did a search and there's many reasons for this, you just need to narrow it down. It can be your system, firewall, cache, flash, browser or it could also be the youtube website itself (overloaded). If it keeps giving you errors then I suggest googling your problem and try finding a solution.
