Everyone was treated equally, there was no division such as the upper/lower class, he was given a free car and helped with by the government when he bought a house and told me how the education system was one of the best in the world where he studied engineering in Moscow University. He seems sad now and I don't blame him. Once told me he would give up everything to relive one day in Soviet Moscow.
