The Telegraph exposed that not only did he bought a flat a few minutes walk from Westminster, even though it wasn't needed as he was living in Downing Street. He then spent £10,000 upgrading the kitchen and then changed its ownership to his wife's name, so that he could avoid paying Capital Gains Tax when he sells it. He then flipped back to his constituency home. Brown is as corrupt as the rest!
