Savvy's "Shame" trick

My BC will swipe when doing ,"shsme" but wont hold her paw on the nose. How do you teach that??

I clicker trained it, using a piece of tape on her face, where I wanted her to put her paw. When she pawed it to wipe the tape off, I clicked.
