Been ages since I watched this. It came up in my recommended videos box, so I figured why not. This is really funny, and is certainly an important artifact of yt history. Oh and Sharpy, miss that guy, he was funny too. Maybe someone should start a new Oz vs USA war centered around Lassie vs Skippy the Bush Kangaroo. That would be almost as silly as this was. I first tried a Vegemite scroll at Cobbs bakery here in Toronto, Canada after hearing the lyrics of the song "Land Down Under" from Men at Work, and becoming obsessed of trying this particular spread. They don't sell it in Toronto (but they sell Marmite). Pretty much tastes like salty brewyer's yiest...but "interesting". Then I tried the actual cheese-Vegemite scroll, and it was alright. Such is my adventures with the Vegemite spread.

Vegemite got it's start in 1922 it is derived from yeast and is an outstanding source of vitamin B1. It's start was a rocky one however and was basically given away for two years it is now an Australian icon as well a source of national pride.
