I love Naruto, but I agree that Sailor Moon would kill him hands down. In fact, she could take out all of Konoha. At the end of season one she blew up the north pole, the explosion was so big it could be seen from space. Plus, as she is a long living life form practically immortal and she can breath in space. Plus, as Neo-Queen Serenity she melted the world when it was frozen and ended an Ice Age. Plus, in Sailor Moon S the movie she destroyed a comet into nothingness. There is still more .....

Well... At the current level Naruto is on, Sailor Moon can own him. I put Neo Queen Serenity (Sailor Moon's final form) at par with Cell, possible more powerful. Cell from DBZ !!!

No Naruto Character at the moment is able to even challenge Cell, let alone defeat him. Those Girly Bastards are god damn strong... Well atleast Goku, Gohan and Vegeta at SSJ2 can take her out so its all good.

@Rennba Cell is unable to destroy a Galaxy, as is Broly. Also, Sailor Moon has defended attacks that would certainly disintegrate the Earth no problem, even some of the solar system if it reach the planets. Cell's Kamehameha against Goku was at a lower power. However, Cell full powered should be enough to output similar strength, but unlikely. However, Cell after he blew himself up will overpower Sailor Moon. That bitch is strong, however her skills lack, so Cell (normal) would win in a fight

she is not super fast or super strong or super durable and she lacks of fighting skills any hit of cell will break her bones and kill her because she has weak and vulnerable human body

sailor moon only has strong magic attacks but zero speed or strength or durabilty, also without her brooch she is only a girl
