Sounds to me like "undergroundnetwork88" is talking thru because of jealousy more then knowledge. This dance is beautiful it expresses the emotion of the song and flows with the melody. David Cook is a very talented artist that is more about the feeling of the music then putting out music that is cut from the same mold as most current 'crap'

@undergroundnetwork88 oh yeah, and by the way .. your girlfriend "likes" him because David Cook oozes sensuality .. he's a perfect combo of .. oh, I don't know .. way too many things to comment .. women find him incredibly attractive, from chicks in their 20's to chicks in their 80's and everywhere in between. He comes across as sensitive yet strong, handsome but manly .. my guess is that your girlfriend may have him in her mind during certain times if you know what I mean ..

They feel the writing, music, and voice are amazing, the album is brilliant, and one even mentioned album of the year. So while I appreciate your opinion, its not one that is commonly shared by others.... including your gf apparently.

Beautifully done! This is one of my favorite songs on the cd. David Cook is an amazing talent and This Loud Morning is a great cd. There are a lot of great songs like Circadian, Goodbye To The Girl, and Rapid Eye Movement. Check it out, but it's a concept album, so much more appreciated when you listen to the whole cd in one sitting.

This is my favorite song on the new album although every single song is amazing! David is a phenomenal artist with talent oozing from his pores. Everyone needs to go buy his new album 'This Loud Morning' YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I loved this dance, it was stunning!

Not saying the guy doesn't have vocal talent, just that his song writing skills and genre of music are very mediocre. But if you like it generic pop rock, to each her own. At least there's a plethora of content for you to choose from out there.

@undergroundnetwork88 I'm assuming then, that you have listened to all of Davids music.... both before and after Idol to come to such a conclusion? He is hardly generic pop. He sings about real things and he does it from his heart. Unlike the GaGa and Spears fluff on the radio today. It confuses me when people that dont like an artist insist on watching videos of their songs just to write negative comments about them. Takes effort I wouldnt be willing to put out for someone I had no interest in.

@cnpenguin25 Yep, heard all the generic pop rock of David Cook from his pre idol stuff to the current album. Waiting 3 years for this new album may end up being career suicide for him tho. My gf likes him for some reason so i have heard it all. No,it's not the typical radio pop, it's pop rock (there is a difference). Yes, he has an incredible voice, but the music and songwriting are both a dime a dozen, very gereric. So your assumptions of me are incorrect & comments are minimal effort really.

he writes VERY, VERY, VERY VERY, VERY, VERY WELL.

His songs are one of my favorites, and after 1 or 2 bands, he's my favorite artist from the 2000s. You gotta be kidding.. REALLY!

And I'm a kind of person who cares for lyrics, melody and of course, voice skills. This song is amazing. He sings amazinly (i don't know if it exists, but it's more or less what i wanna say.)

Such a beautiful song. I cried when I heard it on "So You Think You Can Dance" the couple's dance was so perfect and romantic The movements and the song match wonderfully.

I love the Viennese waltz and This was beautifully danced.Neither was a ballroom dancer. For a b-boy Tadd was amazing; his carriage and rise and fall were spot-on. Only thing I disliked was that odd on-the-back lift.

Fade into me is a stunningly gorgeous song, I had to order David Cooks album. I imagine many wedding dances to Fade Into Me.

the dance was nice but what was more shocking to me is the song Fade into Me, which is from David Cook's new album which has NOT been released as of the date of this show. David's CD does not come out until Tuesday, June 28. I was surprised to see Jordan and Tadd dancing to this, but the song sounds awesome. I did not see any mention of this prior to their performance. Good Job.
