I hate how people act like Joey Jordinson is the God of metal drumming. Honestly all he has is speed. All of his fill are generic right left bass bass crap and his so called talent is wasted in a crappy band that thinks its metal and three members don't do shit except bang on stuff. If drummers like Derek Roddy, Flo Mounier and even Matt Greiner had the publicity Jordinson had, he would be so revered.

they may be metal and use a lot of bass but many metal bands have control and speed with bass and also with their hand movements these choices aren't spectacular but someone like Jason costa is a good example . . . and anyone can play like john bonham and keith moon they are ok at best so maybe you should take in difficulty into factoring before saying its all fast bass is just a complete stereotype for metal bands
