Very good. To be totally fair, makes it seem like "o hey I have no money but want a house can I have one!" when in reality Congress and Bush Sr and especially Clinton pushed for more houses to be sold. "American Dream" or "Everyone should have the right to a house" but really it was probably just to get even more money into housing.

So its not as simple as "lol stupid consumers" the whole system was being pushed to help them buy these houses they should not have. They shoulda been smart aswell

We need to vote for the Republicans who will continue to deregulate and protect the interests of large corporations. This will somehow stimulate the economy and make jobs in the USA maybe(more like China). Yea protect, like when the video said "It is vitally important to the health of the financial system that investors not know about these complex transactions and what is behind them." why does it go wrong? you just say that people "fucked up", but that doesn't really explain anything. Mostly what you learn from this is what a CDO is, but you still won't understand the subprime crisis

As a Realtor, sure wish that I had a $1.00 for everytime in the last 10 years when telling a Client of mine NOT to go with that lender, NOT to write that offer & yes, that meant me NOT making a commission! At least I slept well...some, yes even family, did NOT listen, did what they wanted to for the sake of the "American Dream" and now are in a world of personal & financial hurt!
