The lag during the crash is horrible, actually is a problem to be fix, the graphic damage is not important but the lag and the mechanic damage it is. all the sims definably have a problem. and the race community r loosing interest.

The disappearing cars while in air have been fixed since this vid BTW.

But, its a RACING sim, not a demo derby sim. The damage still blows anything from rFactor away even so.

And this simulator is impossible to convert over to a console at this generation. Maybe a future generation, but the Xbox 360 and PS3 are not capable of something like this. Which is why racing games for the consoles are never full simulators. Mostly arcade, but sometimes they make the console racing games partial simulators with mostly arcade physics.

Why are the cars disappearing in midair? Sombody said this was the most realistic racing sim. I think I'll stick to Rfactor until they make a "good" racing simulator. Truly disappointing video.

The reason they disappear is because it's online based. If someone has frame rate issues or a slow internet connection, they will pop in and out of visibility.

These crashes sometimes take a tole on minimum required systems, so they will usually have frame rate issues when there are a lot of collisions happening at once.

Iracing is the best simulator I've ever played. It's not a "game" as you call it. Because you have to take the racing seriously while racing with other REAL life drivers.

rfactor is like mario kart compared to this..

and they usually disappear because when the game gets a bad input (which 99% of the time is lag), the car will disappear until its location can be reestablished, that way when someone lags out they dont take everyone out.

Find some other hobby you can play as much as a game like this. It cost $20 to goto the movies.
