@ScrewAttackChina ALL cucumbers have a bitterness to them but what she FAILS to tell you is how to get rid of the bitterness. You can cut off the ends and rub them to a foam to draw out the bitterness.

well thank you for pointing out the obvious....and if you had a fresh cucumber you would notice that the seeds are somewhat sweet and the skin isnt bitter.
