Exactly what jazz should be, it's not about sitting down and analysing the chords, should be able to make any sucker smile even if he doesn't know a thing about music.
Yeah, but I meant to listen to, not to play. The magic is in how he can present something technical in a way that anybody can appreciate, regardless of knowledge of theory.
He just didn't want to stop playing! I am covering this piece in a jazz band (I'm on drums), and it's incredibly hard. I love this song! I can't stop practicing it!

If you want to be able to make any sucker smile you have to spend million of hours analysing chords and studying the music generally...
