Nah, it's just that things like drinking, smoking, cd piracy and other similar things aren't taken seriously in my country. We have a law that sends people to jail for 5 years for piracy, but no policeman cares enough to arrest someone for that. Underage smoking is banned by law, but people sell cigarettes to anyone anyway, even if there's a cop around. With all the drinking, smoking and meat consumption, it's no wonder cardiovascular diseases are the greatest cause of death in my country :)
