I guarantee Obama was born in Kenya.
What proof does Obama have that he was born in the USA? He has only released a photoshoped copy of whatever it was he found. It would be very easy for him to release a long form birth certificate instead of spending millions to fight it. He won't do that because it will show he is not a natural born citizen.

The judge said he would not accept a technicality to be used to dismiss the case. He stated that the people need to know the truth and the documents must be produced. Then the judge changed his mind a month later and decided the American people have no right to the truth. Maybe they threatened him with a bullet in the head like the guy who was cooperating with the FBI got. (pertaining to deletion of records in the Obama passport files) They will kill anybody to keep the truth from coming out.

Taitz is going to court and asking that the COURT find proof. it is not the judges job. Taitz's job is to bring evidence to court. her problem is that she thinks the lack of evidence is evidence.
