  • Just a suggestion for those like me that don't live near a marshalls or T.J. Maxx, you could use a russell stover candy box which looks a LOT like these....plus you get to eat the candy before you put the rings in it...lol :)

    I was thinking if there's not enough of the fleece material, instead of rolling a large piece of cloth up, maybe cut strips of cardboard boxes and wrap a slightly smaller piece of cloth around each a few times so it has both the thickness and firmness needed.. Would that work?

  • One way around the box problem is to glue a VHS case into a book cover after you cut out the pages. Look up She's Crafty or Wendy Russell for the tutorial if that doesn't make sense.

  • People should use special silver cloth that helps keep silver from tarnishing in place of the black cloth you used. The top of the box should also be lined with the silver cloth.

  • this is cute, but I don't actually wear a lot of rings. I wear a lot of necklaces. I love great necklaces. the problem I have is most jewellery boxes aren't set up well for necklaces and the necklaces end up getting all tired together in knots. do you have any tips for storing necklaces?
