  • Soderbergh did not really have much in the way of film school days - he took university classes while still in high school but is pretty much self-taught. This is something much more recent. My hunch is simple - he works constantly and if some down time was forced on him by a gap between his feature projects, he would definitely have a new idea and make it happen.

  • very true i agree from what my research has told me about the guy and i went to a Q and A he had he pretty much said the same thing and that he prefers people to make their own films instead of going to film school and wasting money

  • this is not pretty Soderbergh.

  • what was the video filmed on, does anyone know?

  • It was shot on HD.

  • what is this thing about...like whats with the photo?

  • pretty sure it was done for the 'wolphin' dvd magazine. and yeah, not exactly revolutionary.

  • the "trippy graphics" are straight from the macintosh itunes screen saver. this could have been shot by anyone

  • Is this experimental video really directed by "The Soderberg" as in Ocean's Twleve Soderberg. and if so, was it something from his days in film school. I mean I can definately see a lot of Soderberg Trademarks in this video, But I'd like to be sure and second how did ya obtain this footage is like a DVD collector edition or something?

  • what a bad "add-some-filters" short.

  • Does anyone have any background about this film?

  • Soderbergh has said very little about the film other than the fact that it's an homage to Godard's ALPHAVILLE.

  • u r sure about where did what's ur cnnection
