Damn... At first, I'd thought they'd just use her life up little by little throughout the series.... that Chrono would "power up" every few episodes, and wittle her away, slowly. I'm pleasantly surprised to see they haven't done that, because that would be too predictable, but still. Who knows how long she could've lived, how many more years Rosette would have, if her life hadn't almost completely been used up in this single devastating scene?
