I use this Malwarebytes anti-malware, superantispyware as backups and my regular internet security suite in realtime protect mode of the 4 only my internet security found a trojan.. whether it was a false positive or not I don't know

you should have done a review using just the real time protection without HIPS, i don't use the hips as i i have comodo's defense plus, have you tested ST's normal real time at all?

Spyware Terminator is probably better, but I recommend keeping SuperAntiSpyware too.
