@pmcpk I wasn't complaining about what happened to us, but you know, you are absolutely right. There are so many people who have lost so much during this tragedy. We must never forget the ones who were lost in this flood and we need to hold up their families in our prayers.
Ahh! I'm so sorry for you and your state! I live in Texas and I can't even imagine anything like that happening. I know I have some distant relatives up there, so I'm praying for them, your family, and your whole state. God bless!
@CheyenneBrown007 Thank you for your prayers! :) But it is not me or my family that need it right now. For us the storm is over, but there are so many people downtown who were hit much harder. Some folks even died in the flood. Thank you again so much for the prayers. Right now, it's the people who live downtown that really need it.
Thank you for actually taking time to make a video about this. This is something that has effected many people. Thanks for making this, this is a very strong flood obvisouly.

I saw news clips this evening about the flooding on network news! Incredible! Good thing you are on high ground..reminds me of the aftermath of a hurricane when a shallow creek became a torrent! Hope you are staying dry in the house and there's no water incursion in the basement, if you have one. Thanks for sharing! :) Jack
@AccordionLadyMi I know, it's incredible! We've been safe so far, the Lord's been good to us. I just hate to hear about those who lost their homes and vehicles and even the ones who've died out there in this.
I saw this on the news, i.e. about all the storms and rain Memphis and Nashville got. It'll be hurricane season soon for us here in Florida so we'll be getting a lot of wind and rain.
@rainydog hope you guys manage to avoid the worst of the hurricane season! It was bad enough around here, can't imagine what a full-blown hurricane would be like
Amazing. I'm glad it looks like on TWC that the rain is letting up there and that it didn't get any worse for you than it did. We saw some of the Nashville footage on TWC.
@drmr567 yeah, it seems to be letting up for now :) I actually got it pretty good, so many others in the area were hit much harder. The city of Nashville declared a state of emergency :/
