@LittoBUbbo - So what's the harm in dumping the contaminated salt in the trash ? Isn't that what you usually do when you use say a marinade zip lock bag ? Do you reuse the marinade ? I always throw away paper plates that have the seasonings I use on my meats. I don't get what the big deal is ? You're bitching about contaminating something that's going to be discarded and the bowl washed which is retarded and makes no sense...

@LittoBUbbo - You obviously have no observation skills or you would've seen that I directed the "overused" comment to another user apeyloo.. So you saw the video poster contaminate a bowl of salt which was most likely going to be thrown away and the bowl washed ? Makes perfect sense..
Those are very large birds. I go to my butcher shop where they have the birds live and kill them for you on the spot. It makes you appreciate the meat a lot more, knowing the process. I now mostly use meat as a condiment.
