Goran Bregovic comes from Sarajevo, that is the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegowina!

He grew up and finished his education in Sarajevo! Just like Emir Kusturica! So, they are Bosnikes!

Those Serbs have just a " little bit" complexes! Most of them are Turks, Gipsys and some kind of mixture between elephant shit and squirrel but they are identifying themselfs as big slavens and russian brothers! Just like Macedonians, which are actually Bulgarians, but they like to bullshit a lot! Servus!

Our traditional folk music is very spiritual and poetic, it reaches to the heart and soul of the listener, it doesn't matter if one understands the lyrics or not. "Thanks" to the *hitty media, these pearls of our culture are hidden from the people, while turbo-folk evil reigns on every TV and radio channel. You should search the web for "srpska izvorna muzika" or "srpska tradicionalna muzika".

@jumanji0706 "Četnički song"...I understand your point but you have some beautiful patriotic songs/hymns,too.Like,"Tamo daleko","Marš na Drinu","Vostani Serbie","Vidovdan","Marširala kralja Petra garda".You can't just all label them as "četnik songs" in negative context,because THOSE SONGS SING ABOUT FREEDOM.THERE'S NOT ONE VERSE IN THEM THAT SUGGESTS HATRED ON ANYONE.Of course,bad examples exist too,but those are in line with turbo-folk,rather than traditional patriotic songs.

@jumanji0706 Traditional Četnik songs aren't insult to other people.These songs you talk about aren't traditional,and were part of madness we're all gone through.Today,no one in Serbia remembers those songs,unlike traditional ones.And what about Thompson?His songs weren't about freedom,but only about mass-killings of Serbs,he glorified Jasenovac,Stara Gradiška and other mass-killing sites all over Krajina,Bosnia and Herzegovina.His songs aren't humiliating,but demonically evil,filled with hate.
