u gotta punch it right in the middle after u turn it back on center it works everytime for me with the ffb wen i unplug the ffb i just have to spin it around a few times
@NeeKroVal : you are true... thank you alot. Im preparing to send them info about it and hope they will be serious (1st time it happends 3rd day of use). The wheel is great when it works correctly.. and im little scared of some of those comments/experioences here.. thanks again.
I've mentioned this in other videos, this is the only thing keeping me from buying this wheel. Fantatec should be ashamed of themselves for ignoring customers like this. I would buy this wheel RIGHT NOW if I felt secure in customer service, but since I'm not fucking rich, I cannot risk blowing $300 just to be ignored. That's a lot of fucking money dude. Such a shame. They wanted to be the best in the business, and they WERE, until the customer service turned to shit.
@xilix The customer service is actually very good these days. They answer their email the same day and do their best to help you. I own the GT3RS and it's an awesome wheel.
Well mine has only been in use for 40 days if that, and it's not working properly and they want me to send it to some guy in
Arizona to have it fixed which will take about 3 weeks with shipping. I would rather they sent me a replacement and then I could send them my broken wheel back.
IF SUPPORT EXIST... I own a GT2 W/CSP and Shifters plus an already sold GT3RS V2 and no more fanatec for me... They just care selling in USA but no support or EU clients. .
