  • in the grand sceam of things joe was trying to dupe real Christians into his cult

  • Here are the lyrics to CHICO and the man: Chico, don't be discouraged, The Man he ain't so hard to understand. Chico, if you try now, I know that you can lend a helping hand.

Because there's good in everyone, And a new day has begun, You can see the morning sun if you try.

And I know, things will be better, Oh yes they will for Chico and the Man

Yes they will for Chico and the Man.

  • Quick Question For EvidenceMinistries: "Aren't middle-parted hairstyles from the 1970's? Is it sinful to update your look?"

  • Hey, the true name of God is Jehovah! in the late 1700's a guy name John Gill proved that the name of god is Jehovah! :) dont believe me? Go to youtube's search, and type in: Is GOD's name YEHOVAH/JEHOVAH or Yahweh? and see what happens, by all mean's please prove me wrong that the name of god is not Jehovah! i dare yah! :)

  • Praise means we respect him

  • we dont worship him, we praise him for what he has done, just like we praise are kids for doing the right thing we dont worship our kids

  • Why don't they have a song called "blessed Paul, praise the man" or "Praise and honor be to Peter"?? Those men were prophets and apostles in every way, and if Mormons were being honest with themselves, they would see that they lift Joseph up higher than all other prophets, because that's what JOSEPH told them to do, both directly and indirectly. The LDS church should be called the church of Joseph Smith, because that's who they trust, not Jesus.

  • a murderer is someone who takes another persons life....a martyr is a person who dies for a reason, a cause, a religious cause.

Now having said that you might think I am playing into your hands, but no. Joe had a gun smuggled into the jail house, and he was shooting back and killed two men. On the other hand men and women are dying for the cause of Christianity in the past and also present. They do not shoot back, they don t even fight back, they turn the other cheek, unlike a lds martyr

  • boon, your mom is calling. Better get home and do the dishes.

  • @awolLDSasap I want to ask is this how I should act when you ask me questions. Oh and I haven't lived with my parents for years.

  • joseph smith was a murderer not a martyr

  • @MrBigbear6718 Define murder and martyr.

  • I have a testimony of joseph smith as a prophet. He spok of doctrines people were not familiar with or agreed upon much like christ. Even when they saw him perform miracles they still reviled him. It is the spirit of god and his righteousness that tells us the truth no our smarts or what we think. I know the church of jesus christ is brought in it's fullness through his priest hood by joeph and only through joeph did he do it. Why not we research joseph the way we all researched jesus?

  • @09futbol You have that much faith in Joseph? Joseph bragged he was Gods right hand man and he knew more than any man, that he alone kept the church together longer than Jesus. The faithfull in Christ never left the earth. Go right ahead and follow Joseph instead of Jesus.

  • its not a worshipful song. its saying we thank him for being a prophet and we thank God for him. But our worship Goes to God and The savior Jesus Christ

  • WAIT?!?! We, as the world, must atone for the blood of Joseph Smith? Did I get that right? Wow.... I cannot begin to express why Christians do not view the LDS Church as being part of the body of Christ.

  • @TheLogos1 That's not what we believe. W W phelps was a very creative writer. But the people that persecuted and conspired against him and the other latter day saints will pay for it or otherwise atone for it. If I understand it right to atone means to make amends.

  • We revere him. We DONOT worship him. him being Joseh Smith. . . You really need to research better, you should be embarrassed!

  • I can understand how so many can believe that God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost are one. When it said in the scriptures I and my Father are one. But doesn't the statement I "and " my Father mean their 2 different individuals? Acts 7:55-56 Stephen sees God but the odd thing he says he sees Jesus Christ standing on the right hand of God.

  • @BOON70 And john 17: 21 and 23 state that they be one in them as he is one in the father. Also someone tried explaining that Gen1:25-26 shows the trinity in that god said let us but he(singular) created the world or man. Saying that like we think to ourselves so does god cause we are made in his image.

  • @09futbol There are 3 distinct parts that make up God. The Father is not the Son or the Holy Ghost. "Let us" means what is says. The Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

We are made in His image of 3 parts. Mortals have a body, soul, spirit.

  • @BOON70 How many times do I have to repeat this? Go to the previous verse and you will find that Stephen sees Jesus at the right hand of the glory of God. Stephen saw Jesus and the glory of God.

  • @awolLDSasap Is not Gods glory his son? Define the word glory. Glory - something that is a source of honor, fame, or admiration; a distinguished ornament or an object of pride dictionary com. Does Christ bring honor to God? What about admiration? Does Christ make his Father a distinguished person? The answer is yes. So yes Stephen saw the Glory of God standing on the right hand of him.

  • @BOON70 Him being God of course.

  • @BOON70 You defined God and then admitted Jesus is God. Like I have said before. Christians do not believe Jesus was praying to himself. All 3 equally share the identity and power like a flame of fire. You can't have a fire without fuel, oxygen and heat. We are made in Gods image. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We are body, soul and spirit.

  • @awolLDSasap Jesus wasn't praying to himself. Is Jesus God? Yes. But is he God the Father too? No. What you say doesn't make sense. Who was Christ in the Old Testament? Jehovah. Who is Jehovah in the Old Testament?

  • @BOON70 Can you read? I never said the Father was Jesus. You have been deceived by your church. Jehovah is the supreme name of God amongst the Hebrews. This name was so holy that it was not to be pronounced.

  • @awolLDSasap It still doesn't make sense you have God the Father and Jesus Christ both are God, you also say they are separate. Quoting you "God is made up of 3 parts, not 3 seperate Gods, 2 with physical bodies and 1 made up of spirit."

  • @BOON70 The makeup of God seems much too difficult for you to understand. Look - Jhn 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the WORD WAS GOD. Phl 2:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: Jesus is the eternal God. He is not your spirit brother.

  • @awolLDSasap Those scriptures don't say anything about being the same God or that their was one God or that they share the same title. Depending on how the word God is used in a verse can be translated different from Greek and Hebrew. Otherwise different words or tenses are used. Sometimes they are only speaking of one sometimes they are speaking of more than one. In this one they are speaking of one Christ. But in Genesis throughout practically the whole book they are talking of more than one.

  • @BOON70 That's TOTAL hogwash. Deu 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God [is] one LORD: Mar 12:29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments [is], Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: Act 4:24 And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou [art] God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is: Gal 3:20 Now a mediator is not [a mediator] of one, BUT GOD IS ONE. ( There never has been 3 Gods )

  • @awolLDSasap I don't like it when people share scriptures that they try to use to bend to their own views. Deut 6:4 isn't about one God. Moses has been talking to them about idol worship. At this point he is trying to explain to them their is only one whom they should worship that is the Christ or Jehovah. Same goes for Mark 12:29. Acts 4:24 this scripture all it states is that Christ made the Earth. Gal 3:20. When Christ prayed in the in John 17 was he praying to himself? But their is a

  • @BOON70 I have told you many times, the Father is NOT the Son. Jehovah is not specific to Jesus.

  • @awolLDSasap interesting statement he gives. That we can become one with him and the Father. When Paul said, but God is one, he was stating that the Godhead all work to bring about the mediation of man Christ being the main player.

  • @BOON70 You will NEVER become a God. There are no other Gods. Never has been, never will be.

  • @awolLDSasap Yet is it says The Father is called God the Father, and Jesus Christ is the God of the Old Testament. Christ talks about us becoming one with the Father as he is John 17. But its also interesting how Christ says I am the light of the world then he says ye are the light of the world. Its also interesting how Christ is called the Son of God and we are taught they we are also the sons of God.

  • @BOON70 One with the Father doesn't mean you will become a God. Jesus is the only begotten of the Father. Mortals become the light of the world and adopted as sons of God after rebirth of the spirit.

  • @awolLDSasap What about Rev 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

  • @BOON70 Did you read the key words in that verse? MY THRONE, HIS THRONE. It never will be YOUR THRONE.

  • @awolLDSasap I want to ask is wrong to lie? Because Anti Mormons always tell half truths all the time but for some reason some of you think thats okay. But have I told one lie? Nope. This is what Rev 3:21 Actually says, To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne. Question who is talking? Christ. Hmm so to sit in Christ throne with him.

  • @BOON70 Your church constantly lies. Joseph Smith lied. You don't worship Jesus as the eternal God today. You will be in the group that is forced to bow down to Jesus at the final judgement.

  • @awolLDSasap Even though you call me a liar doesn't discredit anything I have said nor any other Mormon. They called Christ a liar even said he had a devil. John 8:44-45. Why was Paul killed? Because he spoke the truth and other thought of what he said was blasphemy. You should get it right though Anti Mormons call it lying because it doesn't jive with what they believe. Do take in mind the prophets and even Christ was called a liar because what they said didn't jive with someone.

  • @BOON70 God does not tell people to lie. False prophets thrive on lies. Mat 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Joseph Smith wrote a story about God telling Abraham to lie about his wife. Do you know what the story of Abraham tells me? You have a false prophet, a false gospel and a god Christians have never known.

  • @awolLDSasap Tower to Truth Ministries, "50 Questions to Ask Mormons," towertotruth net (accessed 15 November 2007). Ah look at that I even gave you a website you can even find it at. I wonder if this is your main source of information? Critics fail to note that the Bible records Abraham's lie to Pharaoh, and then God rewards the lie (see Genesis 12:17). This seems a strange action if God disapproved their action.

  • @BOON70 That isn't proof. It never said God told him to lie. So, you thnk God rewarded him for the lie, and today lying for the lord is the standard to live by. Satan is the father of lies.

  • @awolLDSasap You are a true Anti Mormon you don't seek to find any truth. You probably didn't even read the scripture the first time.

  • @BOON70 You continue to overflow with assupmtions.

  • @awolLDSasap I do have to say that it seems like all Anti Mormons tend to babble on about stuff even after I have their question. It seems that Antis never even have anything to back up what they are saying. If they do its always part of the story rather than the whole story. I still know that you have not read Genesis 12:11-17 Abraham told his wife to say that she was his sister. Abrahams wife is not his sister so Abraham told Sarai to tell a lie. Not only that Abraham even say that his wife is

  • @BOON70 You didn't prove that God told Abraham to lie. You haven't proven anything.

  • @awolLDSasap with this text not available until 1948? I can even find more if you want.

  • @BOON70 I don't need more twistianity..

  • @BOON70 There is NO lying for the Lord in Christianity. Christians present the Word of God and Mormons call it lying because it doesn't jive with their false prophets and gospel.

  • @BOON70 That's correct. It is Gods throne. It doesn't belong to you. When you tell people that mormon authority is necessary and that people must be baptized into the Mormon church to live with God, you have told a big fat lie.

  • @awolLDSasap Thats good to note that you think this is lie. Problem is the Bible records this very thing so does the Apocrypha. Also by bringing this up you bring up evidence that Joseph Smith is a true prophet. Critics ask, "Why God would encourage Abraham & Sarah to lie in Abra. 2:24? Isn't lying a sin according to the 10 commandments? Why did God tell Abraham and Sarah to lie when 2 Nephi condemns liars to hell?" Oh I will go about and tell you the sources of your information.

  • @BOON70 Where do you think Joseph got his ideas? Some came from the apocraphal writings as well as many other sources.

  • @awolLDSasap Gee you say it isn't proof but you got a huge time gap from the time of Joseph from the time this was written down and given the to the public. Joseph Smith died in the 1840s. This Apocalyptic writing was written till the 1940s thats a 100 year gap. Well unless you think Joseph had a time machine. Gen 12:11-17 Abraham tells Sarah to tell the Egyptians that she is his sister not his wife in verse 17 the Lord blesses Abraham for the lie. So now I have evidence that you are a liar.

  • @BOON70 That is the most deceptive garbage I've heard yet. God never told Abraham to lie silly one.

  • @awolLDSasap sister. Abraham lied himself. Its written right their in the Bible. I thought you said you believed the Bible or did you mean by that you only believe the parts you want to believe?

  • @BOON70 Now you're getting it. Abraham told the lie. I believe what the Bible says. YOU DON't. You like Josephs stories more than the truth.

  • @awolLDSasap Pharaoh even asked Abraham why he lied to him then sent him out Genesis 12:17-20. What you don' t know is the traditions of the Pharaohs and you can look this up. Back then if you were to get married to a beautiful woman and Pharaoh wanted her he would have killed on the spot. Also why would Abraham be blessed to receive his wife back for lying? Doesn't God punish people for lying? If God were to punish him wouldn't have let Pharaoh keep his wife?

  • @BOON70 Are you trying to rationalize and move away from the truth? Are you trying to convince yourself that God approved of Joseph Smiths lies?

  • @awolLDSasap No I am just telling about the lie Abraham told so he wouldn't get his head cutt off. But it seems that you ignore the question I ask. Since Abraham told a lie where in the scriptures did Abraham get punished or someone condemn for it in the scriptures? No where. God told Abraham to do it. Otherwise the Lord never would have blessed Abraham.

  • @BOON70 Are you dazed and confused? God does not punish every sin and He never told Abraham to lie. Joseph inserted this "lying for the lord" to ease the critics who were attacking his deception.

  • @awolLDSasap Well if you want to be technical this isn't the first time this happened in the scriptures and the movie Ten Commandments is inaccurate with the account of Moses. When Moses went to pharaoh he said let us go 3 days journey into the wilderness not let Israel free. But what did Moses really want to do "free Israel" not just go three days journey into the wilderness because if he said free the Jews what do you think would of happened? Pharaoh would of had him killed on the spot.

  • @BOON70 The Pearl of great price is about as accurate as the 10 commandments movie. The eternal God never told Abraham to lie. Joseph inserted this rediculous idea to lower the glory of God. Joseph wanted people to believe that God has a mortal mind. Reading the description of God in the Bible, Joseph was either insane or he didn't believe there is a hell.

  • @awolLDSasap Interesting you don't talk about what Moses said to Pharaoh?

  • @BOON70 Like I said. Josephs plan was to lower the righteousness of God to raise men up. Joseph accomplished his mission. 13 million Mormons, "more like 6 million active" believe "the Mormon god" will accept lies to protect the character of Joseph and the church.

  • @awolLDSasap Ah trying to change the subject again, your even going off topic otherwise what your saying can be considered spam. Not trying to be offensive or anything but do you have ADHD? What you said didn't talk anything about Abraham or even what I said about Moses.

  • Comment removed

  • @BOON70 Seriously, an exalted man will never help anyone. Do you know God? Gods testimony states "there are no other Gods". He alone created universes filled with celestial bodies that men cannot quantify. A centillion celestial bodies would not encompass his creations. His spiritual breath, "like a breeze" creates life. From His Word, a mortal army could be raised from a pile of rocks. Tens by tens of thousands of angels are in waiting to do His will.

(And you sing praise to the man?)

  • @awolLDSasap Yeah we talked about the scripture about their no other Gods, but when you read the whole thing you realize oh its out of context. What it really means that you are to only worship only one that is the Christ.

  • Comment removed

  • @BOON70 I'm done with this clown act. Maybe later.

  • @awolLDSasap Seems to me your avoiding the question about Moses. But as usually your probably going to change subject or go off topic as usual.

  • @awolLDSasap In the ancient Genesis Apocryphon text, Abraham has the same motives described in the Pearl of Great Price as delivered by Joseph Smith. He tells Sarah that God has given him a dream in which she saves him from being killed. He then tells her:0 [Say to them] of me, 'He is my brother,' and because of you I shall live, and because of your my life shall be saved...' And Sarai wept that night on account of my words..." How did Joseph produce this authentic ancient detail,

  • @BOON70 Like I said, Joseph stole from many sources. The book of Abraham isn't real. Joseph ripped off the Biblical story and made up the rest. A modern translation of the scrolls proves this.

  • @BOON70 You ask me a question and then answer it? The Bible tells us that God is made up of 3 parts, not 3 seperate Gods, 2 with physical bodies and 1 made up of spirit. That's Joseph Smithlical, not Biblical.

  • Because he is an glorified immortal being he has all power, all knowledge, and etc.

  • But wait I thought God had no form? You mean he looks like a person? Yeah. Take in mind Stephen saw his right hand and he says it twice (Acts 7:55-56). So since you go around and lie about everything and try to cover up the truth. Those who seek the truth why should they accept anything you say? Yes God is all powerful, all knowing, and all that nice jazz, but he looks like you and I just a glorified immortal being.

  • @BOON70 I hate to repeat things. There was NO hand.

  • @awolLDSasap From the original Greek translation it even says hand in Acts 7:55-56 and ti says it twice. Verse 55 Greek translation heaven and saw the glory of God and Jesus, even the right hand of God; Verse 56 And he said, behold I see the heavens διηνοιγμένους and son of man on the right even of God.

  • @BOON70 Going over this again? You just said it. Right hand, "the right side of the GLORY of God". That verse doesn't mean a hand or any physical part of the Father was seen. The Glory of the Father is a consuming fire. The Father and the Holy Ghost are spirit and the heavens cannot contain them.

  • @awolLDSasap Acts 7:55-56 Sees Gods right hand hmm does it anywhere say something similar. Gen 5:24 Enoch "walked" God. This would mean God had to walk with Enoch. How do you supposed Enoch knew that God walked with him? Gen 32:20 Moses sees the face of God.

  • @BOON70 This can be easily viewed as the incarnate Christ. Christ exsisted as 1 part of the infinite almighty God before his mortality. Jesus is the word and the mediator between us and the Father.

  • @BOON70 yep, that's what I would say

  • @BOON70 Admit it. You believe in a different god never mentioned in the Bible.

  • @awolLDSasap Yeah I admit it I do believe in a different God then you do, but it can be found in the Bible. I have showed you that time and time again these past two and half months. I have also shown that all you do is go and babble on about stuff when something is found that is true you just ignore it. To be honest you should change your youtube name to cherry picker because all you do is cherry pick the scriptures.

  • @BOON70 It hasn't been a couple of months. Are you sure you don't suffer from oldtimers desease? You just admited you worship another god. I rest my case.

  • @awolLDSasap You claim that God loves us but he doesn't want us to know him. Well I guess that means were all going to hell. John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. How are we to understand or know God if we can not you do err in the scriptures, Christ through his example taught that we can no the Father. You teach that God loves us. Is the Father like a loving parent and wants all of us to know him personally?

  • @BOON70 We are creations of God. Our works and deeds are trash and not recognized by God. A person does not become a child until God draws them towards the truth and opens their eyes. When a persons eyes are opened, they will understand the infinite glory of God. They will understand their own sinfull nature. They will become a new creature with a new heart. This is rebirth and the Holy spirit dwells within the person. Rebirth will never come from the laying on of hands.

  • @awolLDSasap I know you don't mean that. Their is many references that our works mean something when we are saints of god. Before that it's nothing but our faith is justified and shone by our works.

  • @09futbol Be aware that works have nothing to do with the grace of God. Good works will follow a person that has come to know the true eternal God. How will any Mormon attain salvation when they are not allowed to ask the Savior?

  • @awolLDSasap How can you love a person you can not understand or know? Our Heavenly Father wants all of us to know him that is why he has showed himself unto those of strong faith to bear witness of him and his love for his children.

  • @BOON70 The infinite almighty God was never a man. He was never a spirit child of another God. The Father gave his only begotten, "the only Son". This is the love that the Father has shown us. If you seek to know Him, and understand Jesus is also the "I am" he has offered a free gift of grace to live with Him. Not to live in another lower kingdom, but live in His presense.

  • @awolLDSasap I know that you guys stand against the fact of god being a man before and all you just stated but in context can you prove otherwise to get to to start thinking that way. And joseph proved it in the bible when he went back to the first chapter of the bible and showing it in the hebrew bible that it references multiple gods.

  • @09futbol God does not mean "god", with a small g. Joseph Smith didn't prove anything. History proves that he was a liar and adulterer and false prophet.

  • that had no form? Yet they even after his resurrection felt the prints of the nails in his hands. Yet you say God is infinite. If any person says such they are ignorant and a babbler like you are because their ignorance. Take in mind you use the word being in infinite being. Definitions of the word being- the qualities that constitute an existent thing : essence; especially : personality . You mean God has feelings? I thought he was infinite. being- a living thing; especially : person

  • @BOON70 God is infinite - never had a beginning. He creates universes from the words out of his mouth. Take your exhalted man god and leave.

  • @awolLDSasap Hmm, exalted man God. Well Christ was resurrected with a body that apostles were able to touch and feel. If Christ had a resurrected body and his Father doesn't that would mean they wouldn't be equal anymore. So the Father has a resurrected immortal glorified body even as Jesus Christ had after he was resurrected.

  • @BOON70 Biblically, Jesus had all of the Fathers power and glory before he became mortal. You say the Father must have a body or wouldn't be equal anymore? That's laughable. God is spirit and we must worship Him in spirit and truth. You worship another god.

  • @awolLDSasap But the son can do nothing what he sees the father do. and why would he be ressurected only to make that fact irellevant?

  • @09futbol The son can do only what he sees the father do? God raised Christ from the dead, Romans 10:9 Christ raised Himself from the dead, John 2:19-20, John:17-18 The Holy Spirit raised Christ from the dead, Romans 8:11

How could all three raise Christ from the dead? Because they are 1 God.

  • I know that Joseph Smith is a Prophet of God. If men would honestly go and study it out for themselves and ignore the bigots. They would find that he is a Prophet of God himself. But the darkness and evilness of men will always seek to cover up the truth.

  • @BOON70 What I have been trying to show you is that Jesus is much more important than what you have been led to believe. No other individual has any power over the entrance into heaven. Jesus is the door.

  • @awolLDSasap Hmm I wonder what the Book of Mormon says. 2 Ne 31:9-21 Pretty much says the same thing. But what you will also find in these scriptures is why did Christ have to baptized having no sin.

  • @BOON70 Jesus is not your spirit brother. He is the almighty, infinite God.

  • @awolLDSasap Take in mind you have been going at this for more than two months. I have not taken one thing you have thrown at me. Don't try and say this is some discussion about religion either. If you haven't figured it out the Mormon Doctrine is like impenetrable force that can not be penetrated nor does it have any holes in it. If anything I have proven the Mormons do not cherry pick the scriptures. You say that God is infinite. What did Jesus look like? A man? or some infinite being

  • @BOON70 Mormonism is indestructable you say? The internet is showing people around the world that Joseph Smith was a fraud and the Bookofmormon to be fictional story. lds membership will stall and then fade away.

  • @awolLDSasap People been saying that long before you were born. The world even predicted and even other religions said that after the death of Joseph Smith the Mormon Church would be gone. Were still here 13 million members and growing. It started in 1830 in a small log home with only 6 members. If you did an average that is a little more then 72,000 people joining the Mormon Church every year.

  • @BOON70 The mighty and pridefull will be destroyed. How many times will you need to read the warnings of Jesus and the apostles about false prophets, false gospels and false Christs to understand? Many will follow after them, even the elect if it were possible. Joseph Smith changed the indentiy of God and Jesus. He changed the free gift of grace into obedience to law, paying Jesus back for his sacrifice and performing unBiblical temple ordinances.

  • @awolLDSasap The Book of Mormon teaches this too as well as the Bible. I don't understand how you people don't get it. When there is a scripture in the Book of Mormon that says this For we labor diligently to write, to persuade our children, and also our brethren, to believe in Christ, and to be reconciled to God; for we know that it is by grace that we are saved, after all we can do. 2 Ne 25:23

  • @BOON70 Mormon doctrine does not agree with Biblical verse.

  • So again you try word play. Another thing you should do is learn the real meaning of words. So when you say you reverence Jesus Christ, but do not worship him its a contradiction.

  • @BOON70 The lds definition of Biblical words are different than the Christian meaning.

  • @awolLDSasap Should we go back to that scripture you talked about that I gave you the Greek meaning of? I also gave reference to show the Early Christians read it that way too.

  • @BOON70 The Greek did not prove Mormon theology. Early Christians did not have any kind of organized religion like your church.

  • @awolLDSasap Do you remember anything or do I always have to relook everything up for you? The only reason why your babbling so much is to get attention to yourself like a monkey on a stage. Don't you even remember the conversation when we talked about John 4:24? Or wait your not here to find the truth or begin to do so but to support your own theories. If want someone to go support your theories go talk to someone else. Go dance like a monkey and give them your act because I will never

  • @BOON70 Very funny. Do you have oldtimers disease? Why not go away.

  • I know you might try to say well you worship Joseph Smith then. If Joseph Smith is a prophet of God, we follow the teachings he taught, and we followed what the things he wanted to do. Who are we showing reverence too? Christ. Just as the Israelites were to Moses. So if we don't follow the prophet who do we show disreverence to? I think you can figure that one out.

  • Oh and if you want I can quote you on saying Hell to me from time to time. Take note this isn't the only page you have talked to me on either. Also I keep all youtube responses in my email. So if you went back and deleted them I can bring them back up.

  • @BOON70 Let's see them. Prove it. Go find them. Your mormon conspiricy paranoia is reaching its peak.

  • about you saying I am going to hell for doing such and such. Question when did I say you were going to hell? So I want to ask to when do you see Mormons parading around about plays you have or the temple or the Conference Center in Salt Lake City, with big signs saying we are going to hell, and yelling stuff. Do you think that is pointing fingers?

  • @BOON70 Mormons will never hold up signs and dispute Christianity. The church does it secretly through the missionarlies. Have you forgotten about Josephs vision? All Christian creeds are an abomination and their teachers are minions of Satan? You can't call yourself Christian when you don't worship Christ.

  • @awolLDSasap The exact quote "I was answered that I must join none of them, for they were all wrong; and the Personage who addressed me said that all their creeds were an abomination in his sight; that those professors were all corrupt; that: they draw near to me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me, they teach for doctrines the commandments of men, having a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof. JSH 1:19

  • @BOON70 Did you know the words of Christ never left the earth? His body of believers never vaporated? Believers have been persecuted and killed in his name for 2000 years. Even today, Christians in other countries are killed trying to spread the message of the New Testament, which is, "He is risen and His grace"

Not once, will you ever hear about a Mormon being persecuted because of Christ. Jesus has nothing to do with it.

  • @awolLDSasap Then why does Paul talk of a restoration of the Gospel? Why would there be one unless the Gospel of Jesus Christ wasn't on the Earth anymore? Acts 3:20-23.

  • @BOON70 I believe the New Testament states "restitution" of things a couple of times. Restitution is NOT restoration. There 2 words have completely different meanings. The gospel of Christ never left the earth. His words and followers have gathered together for over 2000 years. His followers in faith, are the saints.

  • Sinners are not just those who commit adultery, lie or steal. Sinners follow after other gods and do not fear and believe that Jesus is the almighty God who paid for all sin on the cross. Without faith in the true God, men will be judged accordingly and the wrath of God will be upon them. Who do you follow? Joseph Smith and the church? Who do you say that Jesus is? A created being and exhalted man?

  • @awolLDSasap Hmm when you look up the word restitution you will find one of the words in the meaning that says restoration. Restitution - "restoration" to the former or original state or position. DictionaryDotCom. Again you try word play. Why your at it what about Stephen seeing the right hand of God. I though you said no one has seen the Father?

  • @BOON70 The leaders of the church have told you to reverence Jesus, never to worship him. The Son is 1 part of God. He is worthy of paise and worship as well as the Father. Jhn 5:23 That all [men] should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

  • @awolLDSasap What does the word reverence mean? Take in mind the way you stated yourself it seems as though you never reverence Christ. Reverence means to show respect or humility too. What are some ways we show reverence or respect to God. Maybe keeping the commandments? So reverencing the Lord is a form of worship. What does the word worship mean? "reverence" offered a divine being or supernatural power; also : an act of expressing such "reverence" from Websters dictionary.

  • @awolLDSasap Also the Bible mentions "one" Lord,"one" faith, and "one" baptism. Not many or a few or even some but one. If if there was more than one that would mean God was a varying God. Which would mean God would be a changeable God not the same yesterday today and forever. God would cease to be God. Where did Christ learn his example or do his works from? His Father. God keeps the commandments just as well as his Son did.

  • @BOON70 You just put God into a box. God is not confined by commandments. He will not repent for anything. 1 baptism? How do you know you have the right baptism? Total immersion was never commanded in the Bible.

  • @BOON70 Is the word "Hell" bothering you? I went back 7 pages on the comments and didn't mention hell1 time. Are you chasing after several comment boards? You must be confused.

  • even before the first planes landed to bring relief to the Hatians. Question why didn't that appear in the papers or news?

If you knew anything about Zions camp you would know the spot they camped they knew were they where. The fork of the Fishing River. Their is also records to show that not everyone went on Zions Camp. It has always been the choice of the person to follow the Prophet or not. This issue has never been forced.

If you want to talk about stone throwing you should read

  • @BOON70 These guys that followed Joseph on Zions camp put their whole life into it. It was a complete disaster. At the end of the trek, some of the men started to see through Josephs scam.

  • absolute happiness, gratification, contentment, etc, the splendor and bliss of heaven.

In part of the definition it gives the word praise. When a person is in the service of their fellow being they are only in the service of their God. Is this not giving glory to God. About how everyone knows about the stuff the church does. Its from the lds news website. Seems odd you don't see it on cnn or something like that. Do also take in mind the Mormon Church was doing stuff over in Hati

  • @BOON70 everything the church does is broadcast to the world. That's humble.

  • @awolLDSasap Last time I checked there were no news broadcast the church puts out themselves other than relief reached Haiti and thats about it. If you want any recorded information you have to go to ABC, NBC, or other places like that not the church website. I will tell you when those planes landed in Haiti there was lots of news crews on them.

  • @BOON70 The local stations in Salt Lake will always broadcast stories about the churches involvement with disasters. Not much is hidden.

  • 3 or that baptism isn't important while others believe it is, and so on.

So what is the glory of God? Define Glory very great praise, honor, or distinction bestowed by common consent; renown or something that is a source of honor, fame, or admiration; a distinguished ornament or an object of pride, adoring praise or worshipful thanksgiving, resplendent beauty or magnificence, a state of great splendor, magnificence, or prosperity, a state of

  • @BOON70 I'm glad you did a copy and paste from the dictionary. I never would have known that.

  • to "work" out your salvation with fear and trembling. You mean I might have to get off my rear and do something that I might be saved? Yea, that is what I mean. But like I said before you go on babbling about stuff. So what false information do you have about Joseph being an adulterer. Take in mind I have probably answered this same question a dozen times on youtube already.

  • @BOON70 You have just proven a point. You fear the law and believe that you can work out your own salvation. You would never fear and tremble in the presence of the infinite God. That would be unMormon. You keep repeating that other Christians never work. Do you know anything about the Christian churches around the world? Are you aware that Christians abound in more countries than Mormons will ever hope too?

  • There are hundreds of Christian groups that distribute food and help around the world. You will never hear about them because they never repeat it publicly. They never brag about it like the lds church does with every press releases. Omiolo brags about it daily in the comment he posts. The church, the man, the church. He never mentions anything about the glory of God.

  • I know the disrespect of the mormon mantra, "Christians are slothfull because they claim liberty and freedom in Christ". I will ask again. Who do you praise every Sunday? Who do you really work for? Worship in the lds church consists of praising men and complete obedience to the church. The church is the god you worship.

  • @BOON70 The Mormon priesthood agenda is identical to the temple priests. Pharisees would take great comfort in their own dress, pioty and worthiness. They would point fingers and even stone those who failed to keep the law.

  • Joseph Smith played the Pharisee card af Zions camp. After struggling with sickness and even death, the men where chastized and even kicked out from failing the obedience test. That's laughable. The men caught Josephs boot in the rear because they criticized Josephs "totally lost in the woods", organizational skills. You are bondservant to the church. If the brethren told you the truth, you would be set free from this theocratic, "Pharisee" rule.

  • If we reject the truth when we find it who do we also reject? Even in my own life accepting the truth of something has not been easy because I would have to change my ways to follow the Examplifier. He never did say it was easy but he did say he would help us if we were willing to follow him (Matt 11:28-30).

  • @BOON70 There is a huge difference between following Christ and the dictates of a religious law. You are most certainly in bondage.

  • Another word commonly used was aneogmenous.

  • trouble with was were it says indigenous. I don't even know thats the correct word for the Greek word because the word used can not be explained in English directly. I took a few translators from the internet to see what they said they kept coming up with this word as far as I know its not English dinoigmenous.

  • on, but did he? No, and why not? Did he not suffer all this things that he might do his Fathers will? So the things Christ suffered or gave up or sacrificed for something better, started long before he came to the cross.

  • @BOON70 @BOON70 Jesus did the will of his Father because He was perfect. He would not repent for anything. You cannot say the same. You are not like Jesus and you must repent. The smallest sin will set the Fathers wrath upon you. Baptism, ordinations or works will not minimize or remove the smallest sin. Jesus said, "You must be born again". This rebirth of spirit will never happen until you understand "who" has saved you from the smallest sin. Ask Him to show you.

  • @BOON70 "started long before he came to the cross"? You fail to understand who the infinite Lord is. Only through Christ, a person becomes worthy and obedient to the Father. Without Jesus, mans situation is futile. For man alone, it is impossible.

  • I know that holy men that have walked the Earth have seen God to face to face and have talked with him. How is that the prophets can teach of Christ and God the Father and teach of him as they do with such power?

  • @BOON70 Who is the word and mediator? It isn't the Father. No mortal has seen the father.

  • @awolLDSasap Sometimes I wonder if you have read the Bible before. Even prophets say they have seen the Father. Acts 7:55-56 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of "God", And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of "God".

Who is God in this scripture?

  • @BOON70 No mortal has seen the Father. Stephen didn't see the Father. He saw the glory of God. "CONTEXT"

  • Here's another verse your church has twisted. The Garden of Gathsemane. Bible translations. NKJV sweat became LIKE great drops of blood . NLT his sweat fell to the ground LIKE great drops of blood.* NIV his sweat was LIKE drops of blood. ESV sweat became LIKE great drops of blood. The King James & other translations say, "AS IT WERE" great drops of blood. Jesus did not shed blood in the Garden.

  • @awolLDSasap Hmm looks to me like Stephen saw something. He saw Gods right hand and it doesn't say it once but twice. So maybe you should read the context. The as it were stuff your talking about I don't know what your trying to get at. I know that many people say that Christ only suffered on the cross for the Atonement, but wasn't the Atonement his entire life and he suffered all things that he might bring us into him? Christ could of had a big house, a nice job, had lots of money, and so

  • @BOON70 That's funny. Stephen didn't see any hand. Jesus did not suffer his whole life for sin. There was no blood or reconciliation/atonement for anything in the Garden. Even Moses talked about him being hung on a tree. It was on the cross.

  • @BOON70 Here is the Greek describing 1) the right, the right hand 2) metaph. a) a place of honour or authority.

There was NO physical hand seen by Stephen.

  • @awolLDSasap So did you read that from the Greek or did you make that up and start babbling again as usual. Ez 1:26 Someone saw God. Here is a rough translation of the Greek of Acts 7:55-56 and there is a complete look to the Holy Spirit in heaven saw the glory of God and Jesus, even on the right hand of God. and said, Behold, I consider the heavens indigenous and the Son of man on the right hand of God even. Take note it still says the right hand of God in both verses. The only part I had

  • @BOON70 It came from the Blue Letter Bible. Jesus was on the right hand, "position" of the "glory" of God. There never was any physical hand. There was no blood shed or payment for sin before, or while Jesus was in the Garden of Gathemane.

  • @BOON70 If anyone saw a part of God in the Old Testament, it was the Lord, who took on the name of Jesus Christ. The Father is glory and spirit. He is a consuming fire. Joseph Smith never saw the Father. Joseph couldn't even keep his vision stories straight.

  • @awolLDSasap LIke I said before you babble otherwise you make up stuff as you go. If you get proven wrong on something you try changing the subject. Your are not a seeker of the truth but a seeker of your own lies. Do you think seeking for what would satisfy the natural man is right or that is of Christ? I don't know how many times you guys try quoting to me Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. So what is one we can seek him by finding truth? Do we reject the truth when we find it?

  • @BOON70 Is that your name calling word of choice, "babble"? I am not a seeker of distortion and lies. Mormon doctrine does not agree with the New Testament. You do not worship Christ. You do not believe grace is sufficient. You believe that you can do it on your own and Christ will pick up the rest. You have no idea who Christ is.

  • @awolLDSasap Here you go again babbling and trying to change the subject as usual. I am glad I don't think like you because if I did I wouldn't even be able to go to the bathroom because my mind wouldn't be able to stay on track to anything. I have continually showed you that the Mormon Doctrine confides with the Bible. I have even shown that you can just say I believe in Christ and you don't like that idea, because of that you go on babbling about grace, but what does it say in Phil. 2:12

  • @BOON70 @BOON70 I didn't see anything in the Biblical verse that proves Mormonism to be true. Now Philipians? This gives you clout? How can you believe the work you do will be accepted when you don't even believe that God is infinite? When was the last time you attended a Christian service? Have you ever taken notice of the vastly difference worship? Have you noticed that men are not praised? That in itself should tell you something. Who do you really worship?
