  • I can't finish to watch this video, is to painful..

Coldplay I love you very much..

  • I love the song, but man! Thevideo! I couldn't watch all the images, but the ones I did see, will scar me forever :(

  • @jasminerocksbitchez Thanks for leaving a piece of your feelings here. Justice Goldstone who listened to testimonies of palestinian survivors and saw images of their ordeal said he would "have nightmares for the rest of my (his) life".

But you know, the most violent images are often the ones people don't see, like a heart breaking forever under such injustice. A violence leaving unseen scars like the torture of the bucket of water.

I dream this world would stop sleeping and open its eyes...

  • i wonder, is the music a part of the movie, or is the movie a part of the music?

  • makes one wonder who is real the victim of the holocaust? Which country has been turned into a concentration camp? Whose people have been spread accross the world?

    Palestine..

  • @en1841 In fact both were and are victims of the same lethal indifference and lack of protection. You know, the saddest point is that one could read in each of this4th Geneva Convention's articles, the shock and sorrow of humans who realized (in 1949, too late for so many) all what could have been prevented and so imagined tools (art 33, 49...) to prevent this kind of horror to happen ever again ! And very important, they even made it an Obligation to Act and Stop this sort of crimes !

  • Thank you for posting this accurate and touching video. I am an American Jew standing with the people of Palestine

  • @JudithStone We muslims appreciate that.. Its just sad to know that they are hijacking your name ..

Its done by the US support by financial aid and veto's aid .. while its done by the name of Jews worldwide..

    Thanks from Jordan(middle east)

  • There is an Occupier, and there are people living under occupation and/or control of this Occupying Power . According to the International Court of Justice, "All States parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949 have (in addition) the obligation, while respecting the United Nations Charter and international law, to ensure compliance by Israel with international humanitarian law as embodied in that Convention".

  • @bixby2000 if occupying is what it takes to keep breathing, dont mind if i do

  • @Boom0oBox Breathing ? What a strange choice of words. I was just watching the skunks shedding their poison (toxic liquid, gaz canisters...)on the lungs of all this youth deprieved of a decent future, even simply collecting their grandfather's olivetrees in Bilin, Nilin, all these places... It's the advancing occupation (settlements, illegal and war crimes as they represent the terrible and collateral damage called : ethnic cleansing) which are deprieving all the region of a proper life.

  • @bixby2000 still breathing :)

  • @Boom0oBox The logic here is so wrong, don't you see ? It's as if a man, owning a home and garden, (78% if one refers to 1967) let's say 780 m2, with nice green fence, decides he absolutely needs to install his garage, sandcase for kids, swimming pool, in the pathetic 220 m2 which remained to his neighbour. And then, when, erm, sort of logically, the Neighbour, Ahmed, gets mad, Yoshe (the guy who needs to expand) say"I need to plant Walls in middle of your trees, all these wars help me breathe"

  • @bixby2000 yes well since the walls were built(if you reffered to them) the suicide bombing stopped...i KNOW its not right what the goverment is doing, but if it keeps me safe, im not complaining. i met with palestinians in my life, ALL of them wished me death, although i wish death only on the terorrists, why should i pity them if they bare childish hatred towards jews? and yet i pity them, for not standing up for themselves and fighting the wrong enemy

  • @Boom0oBox Even in countries where the worst problem is to have a job or a better pay, people get mad to the point of burning another poor sod's car or shop. But Palestinians showed on the contrary a good will so admirable that compared to them, people like MLK or Gandhi could be seen as bloodthirsty maniacs ! The problem is that Israeli policy is trying to break this Will of non violence, showing them that whatever they do they will be killed. It's a source of immense despair. It's so sad !

  • @bixby2000 LOOOOOOL "a good will so admirable", thats what you call sneaking in the country, killing 2 little kids, a baby, and 2 parents?? palestinians who live nearby me blocked highways and stoned cars! when there was a major fire hazard in israel, and all the firefighters were busy with the big fire, palestinians who live here started burning random things in random places. you live in a good movie, get me a ticket too!

  • @Boom0oBox You are funny. You contradict yourself, alone. Out of respect for you, I was trying to explain you, that when you say : "i am safe" you make me think of someone with a lifebuoy around his belly in an ocean of more or less hig waves. Up and down, with the waves. Instead of this, everybody could be on safe soil. Clearly delimited. Not provocations, agressions on one side, trepassing on palestinians' soil, and then wondering why all this is so cold

  • @bixby2000 i dont see where i contradict myself, this "palestinian soil" of yours had jews BEFORE palestinians, infact, palestinians are no different than normal arabs, its just a name they got from the romans because they lived in an area in israel that was NOT jewish, a small reminder that ALL of Yehuda belonged to jews before the roman massacre, so based on what youre saying, jews were here first, therefore its theyr land.

  • @Boom0oBox Of course, there were Jews there ! The sad point is not that there was or not Jews, there ! In 1880 there were 5% Jews, 10% Christians and 85% Muslims in this place ! And at this time, Jews who decided to try another life far away from Hate like Dreyfuss sort of affairs (France, and Europe) or pogroms (Russia) - the same who, by the way wanted Jerusalem out of the hands of Muslims in the name of christianity - either went to Ellis Island or ... Palestine. Where they were protected !

  • @bixby2000 they werent protected, there were still pogroms, but less than in europe. the turkish goverment (ottoman empire) disliked them very much, they sold them rotten land areas and had them pay impossible taxes

  • @Boom0oBox Ottomans, Turks, opened their arms to Jews. Always ! During the Spanish Inquisition, the doors were wide open, as they were open for Christians who were fleeing other... Christians (some love hate, it seems) Only ungrateful people ignore their own History. And it was not "a one time" proposal, but something considered Normal, human. Check the official invite Atatürk made as soon as 1933 (while some pretended ignorance in 1944 next to gaz chambers) to Jews to find shelter in Turkey

  • @bixby2000 the doors were open, im not saying they werent. but they used the jews pretty well

please watch this watch?v=eIesXORjBps (add to youtube_com)

  • @Boom0oBox The 1947 partition plan, which is not the first of the region (UN like SDN in the hands of the same fools, follow the same plan to divide to reign ) is racist and idiotic ! Look at the documents. They more or less counted where Jews were, LIVING WITH THEIR NEIGHBOURS, FRIENDS, and on this basis, decided to cut the place in an absurd and so sad way !!! Imagine a marmor cake cut according to color, instead of a simple tasty slice of all. For a Palestinian the problem is the occupation !

  • @bixby2000 there is nothing racist in the plan....they cutted it that way so both sides will have a productive part of the land and divided jerusalem...its pretty reasonable since palestinians got 66%

  • @Boom0oBox It was terribly racist in itself, this plan. Why can't people live together ?

And what it is this absurdity to create something out of the Blue, with not even a Population (imported from places all around) while another local population, existing, which had no problems with local Jews neither, the basic guy on the place discovered all of a sudden an enemy in the old friend next door.

This is the Hate-concept an "import" in this region by Europe/US

  • @bixby2000 jews and muslims wont live together since both sides are taught to hate each other based on religion. it was not "out of the blue", palestine wasnt a country, it was a region, you cant say its your country if it doesnt exist! if it was indeed a country, then its wrong, but its not, you snooze you lose

  • @Boom0oBox You are saying what Christians friends of Israel think. Not what basic Jews or Muslims live in their gut, sharing even some same principles. All this philosophy of intolerance, "spirit"-cleansing comes from this auto-proclamed Axis of the Good. It's easy to pretend tolerance when the ground is "pure". Millions of women were burned as witches while all this region, in the hands of the Turks (who would then be demonised for the same purposes to divide) lived in a remarquable tolerance.

  • @bixby2000 christians are not friends of israel, its like friends with benefits, when one stops benefiting from another, the friendship stops. and yet they didnt come to the understanding they need to declare a country, so yes - you snooze you lose

  • @Boom0oBox It's not a matter of "loosing" a country. It's to stop advancing like a Blob ! Israelis do exist. It's a simple basic fact. Palestinians exist. The borders of 1967, which are in themselves a theft (78%, instead of the 55% of 47) are an old point of reference. Israel is advancing and 10% in little pieces for Palestine is not viable. Even if you feel safe in the waves created by this policy, Palestinians can't live as survivors on little branches not even a raft in one piece, drowning.

  • @bixby2000 they have a ton of arabian countries to go to, fighting over a wasteland is childish and stupid. and the borders of 67, they started a war, they lost a war, they lost space, its not theft, now theyr just whining about losing. and after the war, israel gave back Sinai (a HUGE aera) and later on gaza, and it was a horrible mistake, history just shoes that when you give them something they always take a little more

  • @Boom0oBox Who wants more, always ?! the Israeli policy of colonisation consists in saying (and ACTING) the ideal of Eretz Israel which consists of eliminate all Palestinians, from Sea to Jordan (at least, some say) It's a clear intent in the Likud Charter (in power now) and it's not childish. It's awful, real children die because of this ! The 1967 borders, saying that Israel can keep 78% means too, that Palestinians have the 22% remaining. More than the half is under occupation. Illegal.

  • @bixby2000 no, it doesnt say eliminate palestinians, youre talking about the radical patriots, which i hate too, likud is LIBERAL, and theyr intent is to have a palestinian country NEAR us and in terms of peace, which i completely disagree to.you are eating the bullshit propoganda that the palestinians are feeding you with, its easy to take the hurtful side, but not look deeper in theyr beliefs and policies

  • @Boom0oBox No one feeds me anything. I learned to read decades ago. I'm sorry but they say :"The Jewish communities in Judea, Samaria and Gaza are the realization of Zionist values. Settlement of the land is a clear expression of the unassailable right of the Jewish people to the Land of Israel and constitutes an important asset in the defense of the vital interests of the State of Israel. The Likud will continue to strengthen and develop these communities and will prevent their uprooting. "

  • @bixby2000 like i said, likud is liberal, the fact that they dont like palestinians inside of israeli borders is because they support zionism, they have no problem with them outside the borders

  • @Boom0oBox "The Government of Israel flatly rejects the establishment of a Palestinian Arab state west of the Jordan river." As everything is west of the Jordan River, I wonder what sort of solution there is? Palestinians working as sort of slaves in their old orchards ?

  • @bixby2000 solution is drop the silly new nickname "palestinian", and go to one of theyr arab countries, arent we all equal? they are the same arabs as egyptians, syrians and jordanians

  • @Boom0oBox "Jerusalem is the eternal, united capital of the State of Israel and only of Israel. The government will flatly reject Palestinian proposals to divide Jerusalem" this is a violation not only of Palestinians dreams (may they be muslims or christians) but of all the principles around this City, dear to so many. "The presence of the Israeli police in eastern Jerusalem will be increased. This in addition to the new police posts and reinforcements in the neighborhoods." (Check Silwan)

  • @bixby2000 history teaches us, when we give them what they want, they consider it a weakness and a chance to put on more pressure, besides the whole point of jerusalem is religious, and anytime some holly people want to brawl and burn eachother, im a happy girl :)

  • @Boom0oBox There is no point in Islam about exterminating other nation race religion outside Jerusalem while there is in the Talmudic bible a law about exterminating the seven nation Canaanite ( Arabs ) outside the holy land .. the main reason of conflict is the land .. its not about religion for Arabs .. its about the euro occupiers that came with guns and took their land and systematically killed some and enslaved the rest

  • OMG!!! I just paused at 0:59 and stared at that picture with my mouth gaped open for like 5 minutes straight! I think I'm either gonna cry or vomit. So sad and so sick at the same time.

  • @ThePrideOfIsrael you are so right!!!!

  • God save Israel from the ignorance and propaganda of Evil

  • @slapalib erm, do you mean saved from propagand talking about "Amaleks" to get rid of ? Yes, In the name of Love for Humanity, wherever it can be found, may Science and Reason, Facts and Intelligence save the World from all the Fools seeing everything in Black OR White. The world is a place which beauty is hidden by complicated and absurd concepts ! That's why International Laws, Humanitarian Laws, Justice for Men among Men, (waiting for this or that Final sort of Judgement) may save ALL. QED

  • its funny because i dont see pictures of the itamar family that was brutaly massacred by terrorists, the palestinian "freedom" fighters who coward behind hospitals, schools, women and children, the missles they fire every day on Sderot aiming on CIVILIANS. you only know how to whine, but youre not that good about facts, and thats your number one weapon - whining

  • @Boom0oBox (1)I don't see anything funny in this subject. Yoav, Elad and darling little Hadas are on my mind, too. Justice should be for all. Sadly, the israeli policy consists of encouraging this sort of families, settlers, to be pawns of its absurd policy of colonisation. This policy means agressions upon provocations instead of basic principles helping peace ! Like to respect - at least ! - these Conventions (note art 49, for instance, and see why it was imagined :no ethnic cleansing)

  • @bixby2000 look up "pat condell lets blame the jews", really its enlightening.

it IS funny, because no one takes the time to view the side that is always being blamed. sadly, there will never be peace : 1) religion, obviously. 2) childish hatred...you dont see germany bitch about losing territory after WW2 dont you?

  • @Boom0oBox I live in Europe and I know that there is a recurrent problem of Hate "for the other" there. Since Inquisition which didn't only get rid of Jews, but Muslims too, there is a problem of hate in Europe. The creation of Israel, itself, was a way to wash the bad conscience (too late, sadly) some began to have. In this region of the World, during Ottoman Empire all religions, ethnies lived together, It's Palestinians who pay for all these "redemptions" in the christian or jewish sense.

  • @Boom0oBox PS : I have not the time, nor the energy to watch comics who prefer to play it safe around safe subjects, while so many tears could be prevented. Pat ? I prefer the sad clown from Sderot. Today, in Ni'lin and Bil'in, Palestinians living surrounded by illegal settlements and their illegal Wall of Anschluss and hate, hope that their friends, from Israel will be able to pass the check-points meant to isolate them and shout with them against the occupation. check : Nilin, Bilin, on YT.

  • @bixby2000 pat condell is not a comic...

they cant be prevented, youre delusional

  • @Boom0oBox (2) Check me for Facts ! In 2002, during the massacre of Jenin, and blockades of Ramallah, I had illustrated in a ring-binder, articles of this Geneva Conventions IV and their violations. From paper to blog, to blog to video, the terrible sadness just remains the same. This policy has proven how wrong, absurd and ILLEGAL it is, but as it benefits Israel (just look at a map how the occupation advances) and as the victims of this brutal policy are mostly Palestinians, it goes on.

  • @bixby2000 2002 was one of the intifada years, what did you expect? let them riot and destroy everything?

they start most wars, riots, stone throwing, they lose, they whine. well BOOHOO, they could get 66% of the land in 1947, but nooo were childish jew haters, lets start a war! they lost and not they bitch about it

  • @Boom0oBox In 1947 the partition plan decided to transform 55% of the land in a "Jewish Foyer". And this sort of ... erm, unilateral decision, theft, based on NOthing on the Ground (only 6% belonged at that time to Jews, according to old UN fact-sheet) "started" the hostilities. Palestinians are victims so full of dignity, not whining from places blooming with industries, and villas, like Sderot, that some people ignore their sufferings and get their Facts upside-down. That's the problem.

  • @bixby2000 no...the jews got 44% not 55....7% belonged that time to the jews, actually. and no, palestinians take facts and mess them up to make the jews look bad, dont you think its very convinient that theres ALWAYS a camera RIGHT before a jew or a soldier does something wrong, but the camera doesnt show what the palestinians did to that jew or soldier that made him act that way, quite the situation!

  • @Boom0oBox Some of these cameras where given by beautiful spirited Righteous among Nations (do you know the meaning of this wonderful name ?) , Israelis, who hurt to see Palestinians hurt a second time : when they couldn't prove their hurt the more so in front of over-trained procedurial freaks. (check B'Tselem) And people like Jus.Goldstone ask Palestinians to show the bloody remains of their loved ones... to build a case, you see ? But even when they are rich of images they are dismissed...

  • @bixby2000 again, delusional. sit quietly in your cozy house in europe and dont talk about things you never saw with your own eyes

  • @Boom0oBox You are right. It's a shame when people, from their safe haven cry for murder, hate, and encourage any war machine. I don't think I do this. I would be too ashamed to do such a thing. As a mother who nearly lost her 2 kids (half an hour) thanks to terrorists... erm, backed by Mossad, by the way. Don't you insult me, please. I try to respect all the victims, and simple good sense.

  • @bixby2000 im not trying to insult, im always sarcastic just like that :)

im not talking about a political point of view, because the goverment is rotten everywhere, im talking about a rational\Logical point of view. from living here, and thinking for myself, i can honestly say to you that every palestinian i met\saw\heard (and its not a few) wished me death, im not going to support my haters. and i dont have this childish religiouse based hate towards anyone, unlike them

  • u people can suck my d-i-c-k!!!

u r as stupid as shit!!!

im from Jerusalem and i know what is really going on in here and i can tell u that the palatines r shitty people!!!

they hate Israel and Israeli people just because we got the land and they dont have one!!!

    so f-u-c-k- you!!

dont talk about other life of other people if you dont know the truth!!!!

  • @TheAbrules666 you are right!!!!

  • @TheAbrules666 They hate you because you stole their land. Not suprising.

  • @Saberoith U shit

  • @Saberoith we didnt steal their land cause we got the Confirmation to govern the country!

    learn history for god sake!!!

  • @TheAbrules666 No. You got confirmation to live there, that is it. And it said that the non-Jewish populations of Palestine wouldn't be subjected to any prejudice and change, either. Obviously, that isn't true. The British then stopped mandating Palestine and you declared a state that would rule over the Holy land.

  • @Saberoith learn history!!!!

  • @TheAbrules666 Hahaha. You are really a brainwashed fucker, aren't you? Stealing land ain't okay.

  • Thank you for preaching whats sick things are going on in this world. NO ONE IS SPEAKING ABOUT THIS GENOCIDE. THANK YOU COLDPLAY. much love

  • @IsaacGuitarist I'm sorry if it shocked you. But I thank you for your words. Sadly, these images are far from being unique or rare. Some people dared to say Boltanski was disturbing, too. The fact that these images are testimonies of people who are still in danger, is like a prayer for us to keep our eyes open. Sometimes, one can't change, anything, anymore. Sometimes, witnessing sorrow, or pain, is like hearing a cry. They all say : H-E-L-P ! it's shocking that these images are still so actual

  • @bixby2000 Well most certainly thank you for opening my eyes. It's insane that this is the kind of thing that happens every now and again. :|

  • too strong.... the last photo... oh my god...

i thnk that human cant do this to other human... its... pfff.... I havent got words to describe men... just... horrible...

    Im from spain.

  • @Andres3993 yes, it is. All the states "have the obligation to ensure compliance by Israel with international humanitarian law " as embodied in the Fourth Geneva Convention (I quote the International court of Justice). To be an accomplice is as bad. And Here, Impunity is worse than letting the wrong part get away with murder as it amounts to put oil on fire and issue a marching order for new massacres, given to Israeli occupying force by a complacent shameful world, violating its duties too.

  • @Andres3993 You've -obviously- never been to theYNC.com.

  • @LillithBax y tu obviamente eres un pajillero retrasado. Tu eres gilipollas, ahora buscate el traductor para enterarte. Saludos.

    .

  • @Andres3993 The fact that you felt the need to say that in another language really doesn't support your cause.

  • Thank you so much for the video

  • You don't show the other side of the story. you know very well to make people pity you. you didnt mention that Israel bringing them to hospitals . giving them food . people fighting eacth other in there , not all the harm you show in this video cost by the Israeli army. this video is almost useless because your scared to say, and show the people You killed in Israel. your scared that people won't pity you that much after knowing the full story.

  • @SingIngToColdplay What "other side" of the story ? The 4th Geneva Convention is The STORY in itself ! It's the story of men, shocked - too late for some - by the lack of compassion, basic humanity during wars. Shocked that kids, women, old people, men hurt, in one word simple people being on the scene, could become victims of collective punishment (art 33) that ideologies like "vital space" could provoke transfers, deportations... There is only ONE Story. Human STORY. Humans to protect !

  • @SingIngToColdplay "the people you killed in Israel"? Look, this guy hasn't done anything. Don't bunch people that support human rights up with Hamas. Hamas has committed atrocities and has killed people, but not on a scale comparable to the IDF. over 1,400 Palestinians were killed in the last Gaza war. 13 Israelis died. No one is defending Hamas, but even you should know its not even. Israel was besieging Gazaand didnt let the minimum amount of supplies in. They stopped, but it was devastating

  • @shayaan2354 the death of the 1400 people is due to hamas, hiding behind women and children, under hospitals and schools, just so you know, israel DIDNT bomb those places, only once they bombed a hospital because there was no other way, besides, every war has casualties, be realistic

  • @Boom0oBox Someone had to fire the shots that killed those civilians. And judging by how the IDF treats Palestinians in the Occupied West Bank, its not that much of a stretch. Every war has casulties, but when Israel starts a war on a starved strip of land, they bear the responsibilities of their crimes. What did they even accomplish? Hamas is still in power. They still fire missiles. Over 1400 people dead because Israel wanted a war. Shameful.

  • @shayaan2354 israel has the right to protect itself, if missles were fired at you everyday, you wouldnt sit still and do nothing, and for your information, after the war, missles were barely fired AT ALL on israel, so they did accomplish something. yes, the palestinians at the border are being horribly treated by some soldier and im not proud of them either, but israel is sending supplies, food and medicine to gaza so...and nobody wanted a war, if my existence is at stake, ill fight for it

  • @Boom0oBox Israel is sending LIMITED goods only after murdering nine activists and having a years long siege on Gaza where the most BASIC items weren't allowed in. People were starving to death in Gaza which only helped Hamas. Hamas doesn't threaten Israel's existence. Israel has the strongest military in the region AND nuclear weapons, something no 'threat to Israel' has. Still, Hamas is a threat, so it makes sense that they 'did' something, but 'doing something' doesn't mean killing 1,400+

  • @shayaan2354 as long as hamas was bombing sderot, it IS a threat. its true that hamas isnt a big threat, but its a nuisance. if the people of gaza wanted, they could have driven hamas out of the city, although it would be difficult since hamas are immoral bastards, but it is possible, they didnt - they suffer from the war.im not saying i support the death of the 1400+, i do think it could be done otherwise, but to fully undesrtand the situation you have to live here.

  • @Boom0oBox There is an Occupier, and there are people living under occupation and/or control of this Occupying Power . According to the International Court of Justice, "All States parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949 have (in addition) the obligation, while respecting the United Nations Charter and international law, to ensure compliance by Israel with international humanitarian law as embodied in that Convention

  • @99attftw In fact Israel is playing with the life of its people too in the name of some hysterical claim to have an Eretz Israel from Sea to Jordan even if it "logically" means a "Vital Space" with no Palestinians ! Instead of seing the problem like an A vs B, people should remember there are some "good" principles, human, essential, for all. It's a moral and legal obligation of the Whole World to protect Palestinians ... and Israelis, and the world by the same way. And where is this World ?

  • @99attftw I don't want to enter in your strange logics of "No choice but fight back" as it's an insult to basic chronology of facts, (Who is violating the Fourth Geneva Convention meant to protect people under Occupation ? Who is the Occupier ?) and an insult to all the Voices of Palestine that try, even under Israel's never-ending attacks, never-ending provocations, never-ending monstruous BLOB's way advancing, who try to simply survive.

  • in 1949 israel was only 1 years old, so i dont think israel has any hospital back then, and i dont know how are you or if you probably going to delete my comment afterwards. its hard for me to believe that the Israelis will kill someone inocense.

they will go to jail because its againts the law in israel, not like in Palstine that its very welcome to kill a jew, and you will be there hero if you do so.

in israel its a shame. we also dont kill even the big terrorist, we take them to prison.

  • @rozeta6664 Hello Rozeta, I have not any sort of fascination with Israel. In fact, I would adore not to have to think about Israel's violations of Humanitarian Law. After WW2, in 1948, there was the Declaration of Human Rights, and a certain numbers of "Geneva Conventions" imagined as a way to protect better prisonners of wars and civilians. Humanitarian Law is something Universal. Erm... should be. Even if the State which is acting like a serial criminal of war is US, UN, UE's spoilt brat.

  • In fact, the sad irony of this, is that more or less each article could make a survivor of any war crimes, crimes against humanity, or simple witness, conscious of these violations, cry. Each article ! In each article you can see all the little Anne Franck who could have been protected from intimidation, terror, pain, transfer, deportation, work, or else... Read art 33 (no collective punishment) and see the little french boy, 17, executed by the Occupying Force and its lackeys.

  • This 4th Geneva Convention is nearly an Ode to Humanity, and the need to respect basic elementary rules to prevent and repeat sorrows. So please, first of all, understand that these rules were a way to promise a universal Never again. But, Palestinians are living a nightmare for decades now. Each day, each article is being brutally violated by Israel, Occupying Force terrorising simple civilians. The world is failing to protect Palestinians, like they failed to protect Jews.

  • What a video, it really truly has opened up my eyes...

  • Thank you so much for exposing this. Since the Israeli's monopolize the media in the USA many Americans are so unaware of what is going on around them. It's really an injustice. Oh and beautiful song :) ♥COLDPLAY.

  • This song speaks to chinky-eyed Asians (ME!)

  • @angie2k10 , you are so right..

  • Let me quote the International Court of Justice, made for every State, and every citizen among these diverse nations that may help keep their Country in the right direction : Respect of Laws, International Laws and Humanitarian Law.

You can change the words "construction, wall" by "VIOLATION" of International (Humanitarian) Law

  • "All States are under an obligation not to recognize the illegal situation resulting from the construction of the wall and not to render aid or assistance in maintaining the situation created by such construction; all States parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention (...) have in addition the obligation, while respecting the United Nations Charter and international law, to ensure compliance by Israel with international humanitarian law as embodied in that Convention"

  • I resume as it applies to EVERY violation that Israel may commit as an Occupying Force, or Colonialist Force (settlements) :

    1. Not recognize an illegal situation : Take position, ACT (If you see someone being run over by a car, which is reversing gear, and will do it a second time, you can't just say, bah, it happens)

    2. Not render aid or assistance : Not be an accomplice (help the car, put oil in it, pay the guy )

    3. ensure compliance with law : Make the situation Stop, respect Law

  • Yes, there is absolutely no justice. Some say that confronted to a game where some took all the good cards and cheat on you, the best idea is to leave the table.

I think that the picture here is hideous. Monstruous. A shame. Outrageous. But I tend to believe the material of the canvas is not so bad... so we could use it. Use this Convention, Use International Laws, Humanitarian Laws.

This Convention belongs to all of us, We all have the civic duty to make it respected.

  • in tears watching this

  • There is a chapter about the right of "Internes" in this Fourth Geneva Convention.

It's crazy, even a prisonner, a serial killer or fighter caught and in Guantanamo, has at least Water ! A Roof. Palestinians are deprieved of every basic right ! We talk about civilians, children, mothers. Last week, a mother, stopped at a checkpoint delivered a baby in dire conditions, because Israeli Occupying Force prevented her to pass a checkpoint ! Every week so many dramas and provocations. It's terrible.

  • Thank you angie. It is, yes, so sad. That's why it's essential not to let Justice be violated, once again, and Impunity permit new exactions of the israeli occupying power upon Palestinians.

People ill, are deprieved of real care, students can't study, no one can reconstruct. Even water is not coming properly to Gaza, still under blockade. And the first deformed babies because of the genotoxic bombs IOF so copiously shelled this exhausted population, last January, are now dying in little beds

  • It's a complicated situation with unacceptable actions and casualties on both sides. You're presenting a very biased one-sided arguement in this video though. This will not help towards finding a solution. The Jews will not simply go away. They have valid historical claims to the land - and lets not forget the considerable persecution they have suffered over the years.

  • It's not at all a complicated situation. Like every lie leading to other strange lies, it's only a situation common medias love to twist in all sort of incredible forms so they don't have to state the evidence : There is an Occupying Force and people living under a brutal occupation (colonisation, in fact).

In this terrible sort of situation, there should be, AT LEAST, a protection of the people living under the enemy control to prevent the latter to do as it wishes :

  • All the articles of the Fourth Geneva Conventions - but other international Laws apply too - are meant to prevent exactly what we see for decades now : Palestinians being arrested, no regular trial, torture, not enough care, food, water, health, killings ... every one of this article is violated by Israel. Palestinians are meant to be "protected" by these Conventions. And it's the International Community that must ensure that these Conventions are respected.

  • I'm only presenting articles and images showing their blatant violations. Simple Facts can't be biased. It's the Occupation, illegal, the Wall, Illegal, the Settlements, Illegal, that should be stopped.

What I try to do, is in fact very pathetic, I try to say, please, at least, respect the way to Bully human beings under an occupation.

You see, in fact, this video is totally absurd, like all this situation. It's like fighting for some plaster on a wound. At least a plaster !

  • The situation is simple. Human Rights and Justice must prevail. And if one is afraid of simple Truth and Facts, it shows there is a problem.

The children living there deserve a future, and it's not in letting one side slaughter and persecute daily the other, that anything good will happen. All this must be stopped. We have instruments created after horrors of WWII. Never again was meant to be a universal concept, and so we must stop Israel's policy.

    Palestinians suffer for decades now.

  • Many of your images are from the 3-week Israeli assault on the Gaza strip. This assault happened because Hamas refused to cease firing rockets into Israael. These rockets had already killed 13 civilians. Hamas were using Palastinian civilians as human shields - firing rockets from schools and hospitals. No suprise that many civilians died in the retaliation. Hamas started it. Israel finished it. Hamas are responsible for the dead on both sides.

  • Some images are from the 3 weeks assault, but I sadly have to say that the violations of these Conventions being always the same, I took images from the past too.

This cold-blooded slaughter happened for no reason at all but, maybe, elections coming in Israel, and, maybe, it's the only reason I can imagine : because Israeli army, thought the response would be stronger and so, deliberately took the risk regarding its own population to slaughter a maximum Palestinians of Gaza.

  • There was no reason to "retaliate" for Israel. The only people having reasons to retaliate are Palestinians, being robbed daily, arrested, or killed every week with no other reasons than their existing on their land.

There were no rockets ! BUT EVEN IF THERE HAD BEEN ... COLLECTIVE PUNISHMENT IS FORBIDDEN, AND DISPROPORTIONATE Ways to "retaliate" or "attack" is forbidden.

There are 1'500'000 people on 360 km2, 56% children, half from the rest women, how could they bomb this zone ? HOW ?

  • "There were no rockets" ??? I saw them being fired and landing with my own eyes on the TV news mate. Try telling the 13 people the rockets killed that 'there were no rockets'. If a neighbouring country fired rockets at my home town I would campaign for my government to retaliate with all force possible -including nukes - to eliminate the threat. Give the provocation by Hamas I think the Israeli's acted with remarkable restraint.

  • @MMGWsceptic THERE WERE NO ROCKETS for a long time, when Israel decided to go for the kill.

Fact is that Sderot is blooming, full of new constructions. Instead of repeating old tunes, please, go and check for yourself. We're talking about people who are permanently put under stress, under israel's agressive ways - last week they let flyers upon this population promising to "hit" again and this while, under blockade, they couldn't even reconstruct their homes !

    Restraint ? You're indecent

  • It's a chance that Palestinians are so much more pacific than you, seing the intolerable and permanent agressions of Israel's policy they're trying to survive for decades now.

How do you call the fact of being under blockade, being shooted at when you farm or fish, being deprieved of medicines, proper care, cement, water, food, studies ? I call this provocation

How do you call the fact people destroy your home, your school, fields, life ?

This is Occupation, control of an enemy.

  • the world is a f*cked up place

  • Great job man.

You know how to get a message across

    .

  • You know ... even Judge Goldstone, who made the report which, we hope, will serve as basis to investigate and state some Truths, said he will have nightmares all the rest of his life.

We're a lot to hope that this report, in bringing some Justice in this region, will stop this IMPUNITY which permits Israeli governement to destroy homes, people, arrest them with NO Charges, children, as men, women, Torture, kill them... we hope that this reign of arbitrary violence upon Palestinians will stop

  • Thank you for leaving this message. Palestinians deserve so much that we all take our responsability of citizens. As EVERY country is responsible to make these Texts applied. At least ! even if no Occupation would be the solution !

Today, for instance, Israel's governement officially said it will continue to construct in Jerusalem. What does it mean on the ground ? No permit for arabs (muslims or christians) destruction of their homes... amounts to ETHNIC Cleansing (see on YT Illan Pappé)

  • i feel like such an ass for thinking like its no big deal out there...its all OK....and for saying so much 'fuck my life' bc my life isnt facing violence, death, brutality, sickness, bombs, guns, torture and all the bad shit that is happenening out there in the world. its so hurtful to see those kids...wat has a kid ever done to the world?????? NOTHING!!!!

  • Thank you so much for this comment. Yes. Children are special treasures, and should be protected more than any jewel, piece of art, beauty of the nature. And they are not. This is a terrible violation of Children Rights Convention, which BTW is 20 years old, today.

Even the basic Universal Declaration of Human Rights is violated, in the Palestinian Occupied Territories.

And it's a shame. In the case of Palestinians, there is even more to say, because they are people surviving under occupation.

  • Hi, do you have twitter account? If you don't, i highly suggest you create one. It will help spread the message...your videos are well done friend (Shimmer11) add me

  • As people under the control of an enemy force which controls every one of their move, they are entitled to a supervision of this occupation, according to the Fourth Geneva Conventions. This GC was meant to prevent the horrors we could see during WWII. To be sure no case of comfortable blindness (Terezin or else) could be accepted. To be sure acts like Oradour sur Glane and the horrible collective punishement of all a village never, ever happen again. You speak about children... But what about ..

  • ... Guy Môquet. He was 17. October 1941, he was among the 48 hostages shooted down as "Retaliation" for the death of Karl Hotz, officer of the german occupation troups in France. Sorry if you know all this, but Guy, like the others were just people resisting an occupation, and today they are seen as heroes. Even the actual President of France, choose to take the reins of his power reading the letter Guy wrote to his parents. As an example of beauty in front of ignominy never to be seen again

  • Guy was an activist, a communist, and as a young guy who should have had a life, who should have laughed in silly company, drinking a lemonade ... he was shot dead. And his family, what did they do to the world ? Palestinians' ordeal is older than the Geneva Conventions meant to protect people in their sort of situation. More than an Occupation, illegal, a Colonisation. Today, young people have been shot at for just demonstrating against the occupation...

When will we learn to see ?

  • A Palestinian civilian died of a previously sustained wound, inflicted by IOF in Hebron.

6 Palestinian civilians, including a child, were wounded by IOF and settlers' gunfire in the West Bank.

IOF used force against peaceful demonstrations organized in protest to the construction of the Annexation Wall in the West Bank.

IOF conducted 24 incursions into Palestinian communities in the West Bank and 3 ones into the Gaza Strip.

    source : pchrgaza(dot)org

  • IOF arrested 30 Palestinian civilians, including a child and a woman, in the West Bank, and 3 children in the Gaza Strip.

Israeli naval troops continued to attack Palestinian fishers and boats in the Gaza Strip.

IOF have continued to impose a total closure on the OPT and have isolated the Gaza Strip from the outside world.

IOF troops positioned at military checkpoints and border crossings in the West Bank arrested 5 Palestinian civilians, including a child.

    ....

  • IOF have continued measures aimed at establishing a Jewish majority in occupied east Jerusalem.

New excavations in Silwan village were disclosed.

IOF continued to target activities by Palestinian cultural associations in Jerusalem.

IOF have continued settlement activities in the West Bank and Israeli settlers have continued to attack Palestinian civilians and property.

Israeli settlers re-established a settlement outpost to the south of Yatta village, south of Hebron.

    ...

  • And all of this... - Oh so nice, this week I see no dönüm (m2, acres..) were taken, it seems. Only consolidation of last week's theft I suppose - is just for what happened during the reporting period (10 16 September 2009)

Every week, every day, out of your TV, your news, maybe, I don't know, the Israeli Occupying Forces (IOF) harms, destroys, kills in the occupied palestinian territories.

Daily violation of humanitarian laws, international laws, and ... simple good sense, Humanity.

  • I definitely see how you can make this song mean what the video is trying to convey, but for me this song just seems so personal. Especially in my circumstances with my family and school, and just being so sick of life.

  • ... well, I'm sorry that you are so sick of life... And I'm more than anything very sorry that I don't care about this song more than the floyd is there anybody out there or whatever sound.

Just now, I'm sick of death. Sick of Palestinians being killed in an horrible impunity...

I don't know if you're a troll, a person really sick of life... but I thank you for this exercise of self control you gave me.

    Thank you

  • It's just not my life, but everything. People being killed, rape, drugs, war. I mean, the world will never be peaceful. And even though compared to the majority out there, I have a GREAT life. A loving family no matter how much we fight, a home, food. I guess it's just with anybody, we'll always find ways to complain. It's hard to think about others, but it's something that can keep us in reality. We have to keep thinking: there are people out there in much worse situations.

  • Kmac... the situation here, in my video is not about Peace or War, or Peace and Love. It's simply about Forces of Occupation, enemy forces, humiliating, harming, killing people trying to survive under their law, their banging at doors, at night.

As citizens of countries recognized by UN we represent technically the forces who should play Protective Powers for the Palestinians, civilians living under this enemy control.

    It's our problem.

We are in the situation of accomplice of crime.

  • i agree.

  • Thank you.

  • I'm not a troll. It's just, I was in a bad place for a while. Obviously Palestinians have been in a bad place for too long, and I'm sorry for that.

  • Gaza is under blockade. Children with strange defects (YES why are so many little darlings suffering from strange illness ? Bombs ? Water ? Food ? Lack of protein ? WHY ???) are waiting to receive proper care, and die... They die waiting

In silence ! It's such a terrible silent way to kill. Peacefull activists (Palestinian and Israeli) receive strange liquids upon them, everything is so... awfull.

BUT To imagine Israel is the Only Guilty is a Crime too. In my eyes.

  • There is a word, in these Conventions : Protective Powers. Human beings horrified by the last war imagined a system to prevent this (like Oradour sur Glane) to happen. The protective powers like NGO, states, should play this role of protection (of the people under occupation) so the occupying force or the enemy controlling them is not free to do as it wishes (colonize or kill), is not above the laws, is not above the Right, the Justice.

I accuse them of non assistance of persons in danger.

  • those who try to justify Their Crimes Against Humanity have Lost Their Humanity.sometimes it is hard to face the Truth but there must be no more Turning Away.Sadly Israel has broken all of the Articles of the Geneva Convention.

  • Yes....It's a Fact. Facts. We even could see "grave breaches" of this Fourth Geneva Convention which typically applies to Palestinians who are People under the control of an enemy with power of life or death on them in what is called : occupied territories. The word for some of these violations is not only "war crime" but "crime against humanity"

And now as I write, it goes on. NOW

art 3 : The wounded and sick shall be collected and cared for.

WHY ARE PEOPLE DYING FOR LACK OF CARE ? WHY ?

  • open up your eyes

  • @peacenikkle U shit

  • ok....dude that posted the video.

    explain to me the video.

because i think i have the wrong idea.

  • Hello you

What do you want me to explain ?

Just ask and I'll answer every one of your questions. It's so important that the right idea is heard, not to say simply the simple idea of a real Right, Human Right, Justice ...

The idea is simple : You have the texts coming from Geneva Conventions IV. Articles which MUST Never be violated. They represent a sort of foundation of humanity. Of what must be protected, whatever the problem. Every violation of these articles is a crying shame ...

  • ... but to cry, some need eyes, and a heart... So this video - which I hate, in fact, as it simply states what any human being should know without opening a Law Book - is just a serie of examples of the terrible burden Palestinians live, and what IMPUNITY means. In any normal system of Justice respected as IT SHOULD be, BY ALL, every violation of these articles is a WAR CRIME.

  • People, I'm from Poland. I'm so sad after I watched this video. I'm with you people..

  • What a great video, true and to the point. I live on an island that has the same area as Gaza. We are almost 14,000 inhabitants, Gaza has 1,5 million. It is hard for me to comprehend how Gazans, with nowhere to run, bottled in, in this Israeli open prison, endured such a savage punishment. They must be the most couragous people on the planet. Great video, 5 stars, favourite and shared. thanks for posting.

  • Thanx for your comment. Yes, it's above words, something unique.

If you go to pchrgaza(dot)org you'll see that violations of Human Rights are made every day: settlements, army's incursions... What we saw was a visible point of an awfull iceberg which tries to drown all palestinians's hopes. The rights of Palestrinians are legally recognized by UN but remain violated. Like these Conventions. It's a terrible unjustice.

Courageous and patient, but it must stop ... we're so shamefully late.

  • When Heart and Reason are linked, it's pure beauty. Yes

    indeed

  • Ciao DrHouse, grazie per il tuo messaggio

One should try to think with the heart

    and love with the mind

And when it works in all senses, it's cool

  • Maybe I could Not comment this video, in fearing of USA-sanctions. So that cia-fbi - agents would Not come on to my door.

That is so LITTLE we trust US-citicens here in Europe, after Bush.

  • Dear jokelip : This video is simply stating Facts.

I mean, I simply took the texts of the geneva conventions IV.

I took images from Palestinian territories.

Sadly, the situation is not new, and horribly, the images are always the same.

For Americans, the main problem is that they may FALSELY believe they know the question. (Because of GUantanamo)

Palestinians are living under a military force that organise all their life.

The Geneva Conventions IV (not III for war prisonners, even if

  • ...Palestinians live like prisonners) are meant for civilians. It is meant for people who, under such Forces above them, NEED to be protected specially from undue use of forces, disproportion or else.

Not to stand up for these textes, is a crime, in fact.

It's even something like spitting on human values, on humanism seen globaly.

I simply can't overcome the shock that the most populated place on earth was bombed... with all these children, and the idea of all these innocents hurting.

  • The cause is crystal clear, the values to defend represent more than Palestinians or Israelis, it's a question of remaining human. Nothing less.

I believe really, that I have in every country 30% real friends

    ok 10% everywhere is just ... :(

I may be sad becaue of the strange way to form a majority from the rest, but well... Even if I'm sometimes tired of the indifference of 20-30% they represent the people to talk to and to make see.

When Heart and Reason are linked, it's pure beauty. Yes
