Manny tends to let his guard down when lets his hands go unleashing flurries, which means that mayweather would tag him with a STIFF cross. (which after watching the PBF vs Judah, and PBF vs. Gatti fight, would be an equivalent to having a firecracker explode in your face. ouch!)

Yes by KO. Floyd's defensive stance, weave and footwork would negate Pacquiao's spitfire combinations which would leave him open for Floyd to snipe him with such accuracy.

I think Manny as a super-feather would probably have a good chance against a low-level larger opponent and could probably beat a lot of the lower ranked pro middleweights. But against one of the best (ie Mayweather) it would be very difficult, almost impossible.

@ 130 mayweather would more than likely beat pacquiao. he would have been very hard to hit and still have a decent power. Pacquiao would definitely be the harder puncher and have comparable, if not faster handspeed.
